This one isn't happening is it? Being lead down false roads so many times.
I've got a good feeling about it personally, the noises coming out this time round are completely different to back in the summer. He's exactly what we need and recent results will probably help the urgency. If we can't buy a Sporting player in 2020 we should all give up and support FC of Manchester

An official bid means they've agreed a price behind closed doors.
Cocks crossed.
Thats a good point, 2 weeks of unnoficial sounding out from both clubs, an official bid is only to be made if everyones confident of a deal being done. I'm aboard the bruno train and there's no going back.

Yep, you have to give a written transfer request for legal documentation so I assume this is what it means.

We've agreed a deal, now here comes the bid. They did say Mendes would get this over the line once the other Fernandes deal to Tottenham was done.

Will stay at Sporting until season ends. If someone was going to hire him he would be already announced.

If we don't hear anything by next Monday evening then it's fair to say it's not looking likely.

I think we're playing hard ball and Sporting are being stubborn.

Anyone who's watched him play, can they give a reason as to why they think he'll be able to handle the pace and intensity of the PL, and not just turn out to be another Mkhitaryan? Considering he was a goal and assist King in Germany before he came
