Swimming against a tide of idiots and spoofers

I know sending "ITK" links aren't advised but this person has been on the ball for a while. Look back at his/her tweets and you'll see that he/she was the first to tweet out the Bruno announcement, links to King (a day before any of the media outlets) as well as links to Ighalo.
Nah its just shite, dont do that again

Someone make an Ighalo thread, I feel like one more muppet train.
I was wondering if anyone would make one.

Isn’t he the fella who despite scoring a lot of goals in his first Watford season, he had terrible technique and touch?

I used to laugh at clubs scrambling about on deadline day.

Why are people complaining? You literally have to take what you can get. The summer is for a long term target. We literally just need a body it almost doesn’t matter who it is.

I’m just waiting for us to be linked with Andy Carroll. That will be the final nail in a coffin that already has a fair few nails in it

Mertens is probably the best available striker we could get in this window. He isn’t great but leagues above Ighalo, King and Rondon.

If there’s no available options that are actually decent , I’d rather just go with what we have.

If available, Mertens is a no-brainer and twice the player compared to most of our other targets.

Nah. With actual planning since Rashford’s injury and the seemingly impossible ability to work on more than one deal at once, you wouldn’t be in this kind of situation, needing a “body” on deadline day. We’re literally just going through a random list of strikers in a scatter-gun approach. For a club of our stature that’s embarrassing.

At the end of the day we are Manchester United. We would have definitely had a decent group of good strikers willing to join us had we given them and their clubs enough time and worked on it earlier. It’s not like we’re Barrow FC.

There really just making this crap up at this point. I know they always do, but it’s getting ridiculous.

What's does that have to do with anything? They are still looking for a forward like us and having the same issues.
It's quite obvious what that has to do with this. If you have more options you can afford to not take on any player if he doesn't fit the profile needed.

However, we have Martial and a kid with 2 games a week for huge chunk of the season remaining. We're not in a position to be picky, we simply need a body to get through the remainder of the season.

Next level business from Juve. They'll probably sell Rabiot or Ramsey in the summer and make some more money. They could use a creative midfielder in the summer. Pogba would be great for them.

Confused by people's apparent outrage at us being linked with some loan strikers. We have an injury crisis (yes we left ourselves light but we wouldn't be looking if rashford hadn't been injury). The simple fact is we need another body if only to rest 18 year old Greenwood or have an option from bench. If we're holding out for a proper target in summer I have no idea why a loan makes us a 'state' etc. If its because we're bumbling around on deadline day fair enough, but this is the land of Woodward. But many posters seem to be infuriated by even the mention of some names as if they should be seen as anything more than 6 month options

They are most definitely making room for Pogba.
