Are international flights still leaving India (Delhi) at the moment?
Even domestic flights and train services have been suspended. Borders of delhi are sealed, no one is getting in or out.

All commercial airlines have been stopped. Special flights (operated by external governments) might still be allowed.
I read that the international travel ban was put in place for a week from the 22nd, will this almost certainly be extended? My girlfriend is in Delhi right now with a flight on the 29th and another on the 10th. I’m not optimistic.

Checking with the embassy/consulate is the best option in that case. They might be able to do something concrete. I really don’t think commercial flights are running and it might end up being a waste of time and money waiting for the flight.

I like the lathi charges by the police. Some of it is very good square cuts. I saw even a classical straight drive too. And a back foot hook.

yeah, her flight on the 29th has already been cancelled. i'm assuming the one on the 10th will be too. hopefully it can be rescheduled as soon as they lift the travel ban.

i'm working on the assumption she's going to be stuck there for months now though, unless the UK government can work on getting people back to the UK. not great. at least she's with her family though.

Flight closure has been aligned with the lockdown now (i.e till 14th April).

I'd guess the same. I'd also guess that if foreign governments arrange evacuations, those would be allowed. Where's she stuck?
she's in Faridibad/Delhi. i spoke to the FCO here in the UK and they said they would only be helping evacuate British Nationals (she's a resident of Britain on visa, but not a National). she spoke to the Embassy in India though and they said that they would try and get her on the flight though if it does take place. i'm not too confident though.

I've not been following news that much - apparently workers are walking home for hundreds of kilometres after factories closed?

Yeah. Not sure why Govt could not run a bus a day at least to ferry people on some main routes. Or should have set up massive shelters with food before announcing lockdown in big cities.

and police will beat them up too
Has anyone seen a lathi charge or the police hitting with the cane?
I saw a video of a group doing squats on the road as punishment and the police standing near them with the canes.

Yes it is happening, have seen a few videos. Police are being idiots to be honest and most at ground level seem blissfully unaware of the order from the centre/state.

I was shouted at by a few for going out to buy meds even after explaining why. They are also cases of them helping people in need though.

My sisters sister in law is flying to denmark in a couple of days even though she's only a resident there. Although she's married to a danish citizen. Denmark has arranged a flight for there people stuck here.

SAMOSAs & COKE
Original Song - 'All I Want' by U2
Cover Lyrics by Lori & Chotu
Cover by Chotu Khan
---------------------
You say you want
Samosas and some Coke
You say you want
No one is to know
But all the promises we made
To our family and our friends
That all we'll do is stay home

You say you'll give me
A highway with no one on it
No traffic to tread upon it
No beggars in sight

You say you'll give me
A holiday to stop me
Police to beat upon me
A lockdown in the country
But all the promises you made
To protect our family and friends
And all we'll do is stay home

You say you want
Quarantine to be tight
To get through this to the light
You say you want
Samosas and some Coke
No one is to know
But all the promises we break
To our family and our friends
When all we need is to stay home
Stay home
All I'm asking is - stay home
All I want is - stay home
Everyone please - stay home

You say you want
Samosas and some coke.

He went by the name of Wayne Rooney
Should I even bother donating to the PM relief fund? Is there any transparency in how the money is going to be utilised? If not, are there any other NGOs that I can donate to? I want to donate but don't want to be a sheep.

I believe this government is doing a great amount of damage to the country but that's a pretty weak article. No facts, no basis, just a criticism.
can you provide English language sources that you think provide accurate description on what's happening?

Why do you think the NGOs are going to be more transparent than a govt. fund.
