Which of these Spurs/Arsenal players would you take at United? I'm guessing we'll be looking mostly at the forwards, since they are (imo) the strongest parts of both teams.
I'm always amazed that Lacazette doesn't start every game with Aubameyang. Can't quite work that one out.
Saka, Martinelli and Tierney.

Well, for a youngster getting thrown into the deep end, 'not screwing up' is usually enough to pass as quality, as well as dislodging Aurier
You’re forgetting who the manager is. Not exactly famous for his fondness of playing youth players.

Spurs are incredibly shit. They don't even get into any promising positions to say they messed up in the final 3rd due to poor decision making, just back to the goal stuff all the time. Just so bad all around.

Just how bad is Pepe. If we’d spent that kind of money on him we’d be hung in the media on a weekly basis

The goals ourselves and Arsenal gave them were embarrassing. They're really struggling to create anything whatsoever.

Can see Spurs getting someone sent off in second half, Aurier, Davies and Lo Celso all booked now so if Arsenal can counter attack better they could lure one of those into another foul. Aurier isn't exactly noted for thinking a huge amount on the pitch is he.

Wouldn't call him very good, however, he's been reliable which is not something you can say about other Arsenal defenders.
He really is. We've not seen his best in this league yet. He's the best Scottish left back and the other one's brilliant.

I think he’s been okay. He’s been helped out at the moment by effectively playing in a back 5. Still don’t think he’s anything special.

Kane

Tierney
Aubameyang
Great shout with Tierney. I guess with the others it would be a case of who we'd have to drop to fit them in. Wouldn't say no to Kane and Auba's goal though in this team!

Spurs
Son
Kane

Arsenal
Auba
Saka
Saka is a good shout, too. Very young and has a good future ahead of him, I reckon.

If probably have Lucas Moura too. Maybe Bergwijn.
Moura is a very handy squad player to have. Someone to come in on the 75th minute mark if we're badly in need of a goal. He seems to turn up and score important goals, although he has age against him now.

Saka, Martinelli and Tierney.
Some promising young players in this Arsenal team. Definitely think we could improve any of those 3 at United.

He has a positive attitude which I think inflates arsenal fans opinions on him a little bit

Yeah for some reason it's being swept under the rug, surely he's one of Arsenal's record fee signings too?

I think it’s been an interesting game so far, 1-1 fair score line. Spurs seem to have a bit of bite to them today

You just know that both teams have mistakes in them, especially defensively. Wouldn't be surprised if there's a couple of red cards or penalties in the second half. A draw looks a likely result. It's a weird game, but it's quite fascinating to watch.

To say he’s better than Robertson is crazy IMO. He’s nowhere near Robertson at the moment.
I get why you say that but you haven't seen him play properly yet. He really is better than Robertson. He'd been injured for most of the last two years, switched leagues and plays for a shambles of a team. Wait.

Yep.

Can't believe people thought he was good enough.

He's fast, ill give you that, but he's clumsy and his decision making is sub par.
I feel he’s so easy to defend against on the right side. He’s like a poor mans Robben the way he always cuts inside on his left but obviously he’s nowhere near the level of Robben. Seems like you can bully him a bit physically too.

That’s the least you can expect from them. It’s a London derby and Arsenal made that twitter post earlier in the week.

How do you know how much I’ve watched him? I saw quite a lot of him for Celtic and Scotland when he has been fit. He is not better than Robertson.

Until he proves himself in a proper league then he’s nowhere near Robertson.

Don't know why you guys are blaming Luiz. That was an hospital pass.

On Spurs forum they're saying it's probably the best they've played under Jose and can see definite improvements. My god they have fallen of the cliff if that's considered one of their better performances.
