Is Ron Negrita available to buy in the U.K ?
It’s not for you to define either. You are not an authority on the matter, regardless of any misplaced sense of indignation you feel.Nope. I won’t leave it to Spanish to define what is and isnt racist inside U.K. Thisnis my country not theirs and I know what the laws are. So I’m perfectly happy telling Spanish speakers what is acceptable inside my country too.
you cannot use language that identifies people based on the colour of their skin. Sooner white people realise they can’t have this privilege anymore the sooner we can move on.

Someone just needs to tell him to be careful about words in other countries, the same way I probably should be careful calling someone a cnut in other countries even if I mean it in a friendly way.
He is not racist*, and PC has not gone mad despite the mini Laurence Foxes running about the place.
*Well he might be I suppose for some other reasons, if any photos of him wearing Nazi clothing are revealed I may change my opinion.
'Uruguayan Instagram.. Uruguayan phone... maybe he wasn't in this country....'That was me you muppet. The argument being that his post be subject to UK regulations. What about every other country's regulations? Which wins and why?
Cheers Gary. Why am I daft? (I didn't say he wasn't in this country)'Uruguayan Instagram.. Uruguayan phone... maybe he wasn't in this country....'
I genuinely feel sorry for you that you're so unaware of how daft you sound.
I'm so far behind on my work now, it's unbelievable. This thread is absolutely wild. How do you all have this much free time?
Didn't FA takes weeks to decide the context and finally decided that Suarez and Evra were not mates. So Suarez argument that the word was used in a friendly context did not hold.He didn’t use the N word, he used ‘negro’ which doesn’t necessarily imply racism.
Suarez got banned because FA believed Evra (Because you are negro; I don’t speak to you because you are negro) instead of Suarez (why, negro).
The usage of the word itself was not actually what got Suarez banned. In fact, that is even written in FA report (as far as U remember).
That nobody on the left or right is asking for. What people need to realise is that that what Sammsky is demanding is not "imperialism" it is just radical left wing language policing.
stop the world I’m getting off. Maybe the ones that need the diversity training are the ones hating on someone else’s language.https://www.sportbible.com/football...ould-be-compulsory-after-cavani-post-20201130
Gary Neville is having a meltdown too it seems.
Work from home. Boss doesn't walk past now and then. This thread is absolutely wild. How do you all have this much free time?
My bad. Memory is not my best suit. If that's the case he should've been banned from ever kicking a football.Suarez didn’t say negrito, he called Evra the N-word.
please don’t tell me you’ve bought into that scouse propaganda.
I suggest you look into how the interent works. And how employment contracts work.Cheers Gary. Why am I daft? (I didn't say he wasn't in this country)
Yeah, it’s the FA, Manchester United football club, Gary Neville and many other authorities that stand for anti racism are the ones having the meltdown.https://www.sportbible.com/football...ould-be-compulsory-after-cavani-post-20201130

That sounds like a Dolce and Gabbana advert. That nobody on the left or right is asking for.
He’s just some chap on a beach. While people are shouting the tides coming in. He swears he doesn’t care. His feet are wet now. Still doesn’t care. Now his clothes. “Clothes are supposed to get wet”. It’s up to his neck
Now. People are asking if he wants help. Now he finds a snorkel. “Look how smart I am”. Three chilly hours underwater. The sun goes down. He waits. The tide begins to recede. He removes his snorkel triumphantly. Everyone has gone home. He goes to phone a friend. His phone is destroyed. A woman walks past walking her dog. “I TOLD YOU I DIDN’T NEED TO MOVE!” She has headphones on. She turns up the volume. Her song makes her feel safer. Fantastic Negrito always does.
And they write in the article "n*grito" .That asterisk fixes everythinghttps://www.sportbible.com/football...ould-be-compulsory-after-cavani-post-20201130

Your fingers must have their own brain and nervous system that reacts separately to your main body. I've had my suspicions that you may not be even human at all, but I'll keep monitoring the situation. Not triggered at all. Just had the courtesy to offer you a reply to help your education.
Look, the fact is Cavani plays in England. You can’t refer to someone’s race even in terms of endearment. If I said to one of my black pals “cheers for the round blackie” I’d get glassed. You say it’s not racism but it is, just widely accepted and deep rooted.
it is a crazy thread. I was immediately attacked by hotheaded Latino culture lovers for expressing exactly the same opinion. They focus on that he didn’t mean anything racist which I don’t contest, but completely ignore the fact that we Cavani faces potential 3-match ban. United supporters turned into South American culture “defenders“ on the United forum.43 pages

That was definitely as funny when you picture it in your mind given the context. Not as funny probably but once had to go for an intervention at a business which was in serious trouble. I had been working for a few days with the different members of the management staff and got them all together to share my views. They were a bit nervous of course as some of them could be in trouble and maybe facing the sack.
I didn't think that was the case, just needed to get an action plan together and everyone on board so in order to ease the tension I decided to draw them into the conversation, make them participate. After a few opening statements I turned to one and asked "Remember?", and he looked completely stunned. Surely he had to? So I insisted "Remember?". Nothing, radio silence, try again "Remember?!?!?!?!". Nope.
Moved along and tried to draw another in... she couldn't remember either. Another... neither. It all started getting incredibly tense, they exchanged these bewildered looks between them and I couldn't quite fathom the collective case of amnesia. One of them was on the verge of breaking down as he told me "I am in remembrance". Oddball, who speaks like that? I decided they were a bunch of amoebas so, exhausted by it all, I handed over to one of them so he could talk about his department.
Within a few minutes he used the word remember, I recognised it straightaway as I actually knew it. So what the feck had I been yapping at them all this time?
Se acuerda? = Spanish for remember
SE ACORDA?!?!?!?!?!?! my made up Portuguese version which actually means wake up
Already replied but since seen your comment to Revan (and reply). You go by the country that you're in.
It's a defence of sorts but it doesn't wash anymore than punching someone in the face and saying that's how you act with your mates.
I only discovered the band ‘Fantastic Negrito’ on Spotify, today, because of this thread. Tunes. That sounds like a Dolce and Gabbana advert.
Nothing Cavani said was racist, he was communicating with a good friend on Instagram. So yeah you and Neville who has no mind of his own and says exactly what Sky want him to say, can go do one.Yeah, it’s the FA, Manchester United football club, Gary Neville and many other authorities that stand for anti racism are the ones having the meltdown.
Certainly not those trying to justify language that was created during white supremacy era.
I'm not a black Uruguayan, but I do remember reading the accounts of a few back when the Suarez saga went down and he was claiming to have said negrito. Anecdotal and all that, but from what I remember they were generally okay with friends using it. If a white or light-skinned person they didn't know referred to them as such, they'd see it as, at the very least, condescending. I specifically remember talking to one, on another forum, who said that white and light-skinned Uruguayans are generally not very receptive to the idea that black Uruguayans might not want to be referred to as "negrito" by strangers. That was just one person, speaking for himself and his group, so I don't know if that's a widely held view among Uruguay's black population.* I would be interested to hear how Black Uruguayans/Black Latin Americans generally feel about that, however, because aside from the people in here defending Cavani, and those who came out to defend Suarez back in the day (when they were lying about what he said), I've seen no evidence that the term has been shorn of its racial connotations or meaning.
Oh no, the scary radical leftists. What, like Joe Biden? What people need to realise is that that what Sammsky is demanding is not "imperialism" it is just radical left wing language policing.
I don't like a lot of what Neville says but I do agree with what he says in the video.https://www.sportbible.com/football...ould-be-compulsory-after-cavani-post-20201130

I will take your advice on board and in the spirit of giving, suggest you look into the use of the space bar versus the underscore key, and since I know you won't know why, (with reference to 'ill informed'), the hyphen key. Adios muchachito.I suggest you look into how the interent works. And how employment contracts work.
I don't have time to keep engaging with such ill informed nonsense.
I liked the guy who rushed in late and apologised that he'd been stuck in ... a 'hot cnut'?That was definitely as funny when you picture it in your mind given the context.
I wanted to quote this to make sure no one missed these stories as this thread is moving so fast.
Seems like you also need some educationNothing Cavani said was racist, he was communicating with a good friend on Instagram. So yeah you and Neville who has no mind of his own and says exactly what Sky want him to say, can go do one.

Huh??? is it the guy in his photo who he has his arm around?Wasn't the guy whom Cavani called 'negrito' actually white, which means that he didn't call him by his skin color?
Just say you are offended and Gary will have to apologise to you, whilst undergoing a special "educational" course. Seems to work a treat.Holy shit this is the worst quote I’ve seen in a while. “if it offends somebody, it’s a problem.”
feck off.
