So...

Manchester United took him to England and helped him turn in to a professional footballer.
He left for free to Juventus.
Manchester United bought him back for a record fee.
He doesn’t give his all to the club.
Leaves for a bargain.

And still people defend him...
he doesn’t seem like the smartest let’s be fair. Doesn’t make him a bad guy. It’s just more horrible horrible recruitment on our part. Nothing new unfortunately. Let’s attempt build a team around a fickle inconsistent young player with a horrible agent who have already previously shafted the club and we've put about 200 million into him since. This is worse than giving Sanchez the highest money in England then giving him away for free and paying him for the pleasure

I dont think we can blame on Pogba what Riaola says, but after continous attacks against the club if Pogba wanted to stop him he would have already. Its clear its a negotiation tactic by Riaola, but he's not doing any favours to Pogba with this statements.

Bruno has taken the spotlight away from Pogba big time so I wouldnt mind selling him to be honest. If we can get anything around 80M for him it would be a great deal.

This is about a 10th time he has spit on the club. Before anyone says it's his agent not him he hasn't contradicted anything that fat cnut has said once. The worst part is it's happening a day before an important game and after he had a good game on the weekend.

We all remember Jose quotes after Sevilla and how it was disrespectful. Pogba is disrespecting the club regularly and I hope we somehow flog him to someone in January.

I remember reading in the past how he loves the club. He doesn't care for the club one bit.

I have no idea what Raiola or Pogba gains from this. Seriously what? Nothing. All they have done is spit on United and be a bunch of cnts. On the eve of a huge game! Thats it. Why?
The timing does seem to be designed to have maximum effect.

What was the situation with his contract? Did we even start negotiations?

Most likely has been informed he won’t be starting at Leipzig and has well and truly spat his dummy out!!

I was so bloody excited watching all the flair and those screamers he scored for Juve! I honestly thought he’d be phenomenal!

Truth is he has been an extreme disappointment; and hasn’t looked like he wants to be here since his first year with us!

I’d imagine Madrid will be in for him hoping that he can save Zizous skin- butI doubt they’ll be offering much north of £40million

It’s all very well and good but who’s going to stump up the sort of cash we would demand after a crippling pandemic? Barca and Madrid haven’t got the cash!

Would have to be a swap deal but with who?
PSG. Hopefully.

I can't see who is going to pay any kind of decent fee for him. They are all making losses.

The blame for this can go straight to the top. While I don't believe the glazers even knew who Paul Pogba was when we signed him, they employ the people who made these decisions. Woodward and the board or whoever, brought this virus here.

The powers that be caused this to happen because I don't believe they're willing to sell him for less than 70 - 80 million. This is a nasty stain on the club, the league, and the game of football.

Ole is stuck because it could get him sacked to speak out. But, how can you stand for this? This wouldn't fly at my company. This wouldn't fly in other clubs/sports. We've been spineless when we need to be ruthless. I'm pissed and a bit sad.

He can't play for us again, can he? This has to be it.

It was unspoken for a long time that his head wasn't at United but now it is official. He is going to be focused on his next club, he isn't going to risk an injury. He will pull out of every 50/50 (not that he ever went into many anyway).

Apparently we re also open to swaps, though they re difficult to complete.

I m sure Juventus would be happy to offer us one of their highly salaried crocks they have on the bench like Ramsey or Douglas Costa. Bernardeschi or Dybala also may be considered.(by Juventus).

Get out of my club PP, a disgrace to the shirt. Not worthy of playing for the club nor the backing of the fans. Utter incompetence by Raiola, Pogba is an utter prick, to release this a day before the big one, wow thats a complete lack of respect for his teammates, manager, and most of all us the fans. A mediocre spell for 3 out of 4 years hopefully coming to end.

we should take anything, its going to be better than paying 350k to sulk on the bench. i ship him to another epl club if we have to .

I really like Pogba as a player. During the time he’s been here, prior to Bruno’s arrival he’s been my favorite United player. It’s unfortunate that it hasn’t worked out the way we all hoped.

At this point it probably is best for all parties if he and the club go their separate ways. At the very least I hope the club gets a good amount of money for him. It’s tough to see where he goes at this point.

The Madrid move for him always centered around Zidane, who probably won’t be there by the end of the season. Juventus would probably be interested but would they make an offer that we deem acceptable? PSG might, and there’s always Inter as well.

This seem to have been planned for a while in my opinion, makes no sense to say all of this after he just scored a good goal the other day.

That leads me to believe that his comments about COVID affecting him badly, that he is a team player, that he is finally feeling good again and that he wants to be successful were planned aswell to attract interest. Not saying he is a liar and COVID most definitely affected him badly, but in line with Raiola's statement it seems very plausible. That makes me a bit disappointed because I thought he was talking about us.

If they are not similar don't use the previous one to make a bad point about today.
It's not a bad point. It was bad character then and it's bad character now. That's the consistency there.

I’m not going to mention names but we had a lot of problems, one of which was players who went on vacation normally and arrived… World champions. It was very difficult to live in this climate of tension.

I think that s what Raiola aims to achieve - forcing us to not play him, thus bringing his price down.

Imo we have to be very careful (as a club). We re walking on thin ice.
We have to choose between selling him for cheap price and leaving him here disrupting the dressing room (as a side note, he still has lot of friends within the squad. )

I wouldn't give him that much credit. I'm sure he wants to be successful while he's here but he also doesn't want to be at United beyond his current contract.

We stand firm rather than getting a mere 30-40m . Let him play for one more year.

do you really believe this? he's his agent, i don't know why people want to think pogba is incendent of him, he's his representative.
Exactly, do you think you can't tell your representatives not to make public statements? Do you think maybe Pogba and him communicate about these things before he says them? I do. Pogba has one half decent game and his agent is out shopping him in the media. Its exactly what you'd expect from these two.

They have to drive the price down. Interested clubs don't want to pay much and Pogba would like to go to one of these low balling clubs who don't fancy him much and not give his all to one that paid a kings ransom.

I mean with this he could have just mentioned the name then. He didn't make it vague did he ?

Probably not but he will be entering 29 means he can't just sulk. He has to perform to even earn a free transfer.
I don't care if he sulks or his feelings in general, I only care about United interest. The way I see it, one year of Pogba isn't worth the 45m-55m that you seem willing to throw away and that even if he was an healthy starter.
