Really hope this isn't true. Brandt shouldn't leave Dortmund, he should try to win his place back, and Arsenal is a horrible club to move to. I fear this will turn into Holtby at Spurs, he'll struggle for a couple of years and then be playing in a mid table German side in a few years
He's played twice for them this season, and they know he'll be gone by the season's end; why would he stay?
There haven't been any rumours on him from what I can see. The most recent story was from his interview on October where he talked about committing to Brighton this season before making a step up to a bigger club in England.

The agent actually got into legal trouble for some of his dealings, so de Bruyne had no other choice but to ditch him. De Bruyne and City were supposed to hold talks last year during the summer but for the agent and his problems.

We were linked to a 17 year old attacking midfielder (Yusuf Demir) who plays for Rapid Vienna and the Austria u21s last week by a prominent Turkish journalist. The player is of Turkish descent and has been playing games at first team level for Rapid Vienna and even appeared against Arsenal in the Europa League this season from what i've read. Barca and Juve were also credited with interest.
A twitter account affliated with said Turkish journo is now saying that United have now advanced talks to sign the player who has a price tag of €10m.

We've been tracking him since March 2019 according to reports. His contract runs out in 2022 and he was pictured in Barcelona last month presumably having talks with the club which was reported by Austrian outlet Kronen Zeitung. The Austrian outlet also reported our interest and that was almost 2 weeks ago.
It'll be interesting to see if we do manage to sign him.
