Absolutely not at all, but if he had he would have been labelled The Chosen Juan
He's already 'The Nice One', neither he nor we need to resort to these antics.

Besides being silly it's ineffective. All it did was make the goal doubly embarrassing.

It’s against the spirit of the game. Same rule as shouting “leave it” or “mine” when the opposition is about to challenge for the ball, has to be your own name. Shouting in an opponents ear to put them off is a shit house move that is stamped out in the under ages. To see a professional footballer try it was just embarrassing.
I think kids do that when they play, right? Luckily for us, Greenwood was a hell of a player with tremendous confidence even at youth level and surely has heard those "sounds" multiple time and doesn't give a s***. I think it was funny he thought he could influence one of our most clinical finisher. Wrong assumption really. Good that our 19 years old academy lad scored against them, it shows our values and our strength.

The shouting is not smart nor anything to praise someone for. It's something that I'd expect Gravesen to do.

I once saw a player booked for screaming miss at me as I ran up to take a penalty in Sunday league football. He then got a second yellow for calling the referee a cnut during the first booking. I laughed my arse off at him.

Even better, I scored the penalty, which I scuffed as it still somehow went through the keeper's arms :D Sunday league goalkeepers not being the best in the Dockyard league division 5

“Against the spirit of the game” or “a shit house move” shouldn’t be a booking, I’m sure you agree, right ? Had one of our own done we would have labelled him “a genius”, “the 2nd cumming of Jesus”, “smart” and “he must have a high football intelligence”. Especially had Mata done it
It would be embarrassing and the player would be ridiculed on this forum. We don't need much of a reason to berate our players as it is.

It's basically the worst team Liverpool could play at the moment, shaky defence and misfiring forward players means Mourinho will just nullify them and hit them on the break all game long.
Yeah but it’s Spurs. Liverpool always beat Spurs.

Oh he wanted pens?

I was trying to figure out why he was suddenly up for the scousers. Thanks
To be fair, if I were a neutral and it was Arsenal Vs Spurs or something like that, I'd be the same. PKs are great when it's not your team.

Forums - as RedCafe proves - are not a reflection on society.

On forums, guys come up with a stupid fake name (such as GoldTrafford99) and post like they wouldn't speak. Football forums are like Twitter.... people pretend to be somebody else on them.

On the Caf - we have idiots on here who still think Solskjaer isn;' doing a great job.

On RAWK, they have idiots who can't see any negativity to do with their football club at all.

Here's the difference and this is why REDCAFE does not reflectManchester United fans.

On here, just two months ago - 49% of United fans wanted Solskjaer out. Not once - NOT ONCE - would Solskjaer have been booed if Old Trafford was full over that period. United fans who post on a forum do not reflect true Manchester United fans. They certainly don't reflect match-going fans.
GoldTrafford99 is an awesome name to be fair.

Are the Pool taking a leaf from Trump's book of shithousery?
The only way they can lose a game seems to be if they are cheated by the ref/VAR/opponents etc etc etc.
Hoping Spuds inflict more injustice on them next Thursday.

Pogba did foul Salah and it didn't get given.
Van de Beek did go down and stay down, he shouldn't have.
Mane could've been sent off.
Firmino went down screaming on the edge of the box in the first half. T
No way. RAWK said Klopp would never get his players to do this. That's a videoshop. Deep fake.

Some great predictions from last January.

They'll pay over 50 million for that Fernandes fella and he'll be as bad as the dab lord's been for them

They'll finish 6th (shocking, I know)

They'll spend another 150 million in the summer and their fans will claim it's still not enough

They'll keep Ole till the end of next season out of pure stubbornness and their fanbase will tear itself apart
think their fans have lowered their standards so much now and have become so fed up with wasters on big wages, they happily will watch young players giving their all and through rose-tinted glasses have convinced themselves they're greater than they are. God knows we did it with plenty of lads of the years.

This Bruno Fernandes transfer is a symptom of that, half of them hadn't heard of him a month ago but in desperation have convinced themselves he's the must-have new toy and they MUST get him or else.

Here's my prediction:

Solksjaer will leave by "mutual consent" over the summer. His excuse will be that finishing 5th isn't good enough for a club the size of Manchester United, and so out of respect for the gaffers legacy, he'll feel it best to feck off and give the job to a "top manager" who can get United back to "where they belong". This of course, will be right in line with the delusional sense of entitlement that permeates their fanbase. The Full Time Dickheads gang will declare Ole an even bigger legend than he already was for stepping aside and putting the clubs best interests ahead of his own. "Not many of today's managers would do that" they'll say. "Shows he's a true red who loves the club" will be the excuse used to paper over the fact that in reality, he's just quite a shit manager

Pochettino will get the job. The portly lad with the shit beard will declare that under Poch's management, Williams, McTominay, James, Rashford, Martial, and Greenwood will all go on to become world beaters. All they'll need is a few additional signings and they'll be ready to challenge us and City for title. They'll tell you that they have no problem giving Pochettino the time he needs as long as they see improvement on the pitch. City will then batter them in both derbies and we'll school them home and away. Peppered in between will be shit results here and there against the likes of Burnley, Southampton, Watford et al. They'll finish next season 25 to 30 points behind both of us. The following season wont be much better for them. All that time that they promised to give Poch will go out the window as we storm to our 20th title. Total meltdown will then ensure and Poch will be the 6th manager to be sent packing in under a decade

Then they'll truly be back "where they belong", in fecking mediocrity

There used to be this poster on there who, before games, would write 10.000 word posts with in-depth (more like inept) tactical analysis and his predictions for the game, I think it was during the Rodgers years. He supposedly had coaching experience, and they fawned over him and his brilliant tactical insights. I don't remember when or why, but they all turned on him at some point and he slid into obscurity, possibly because they went to shit again (and I think it turned out that his coaching experience was with under-10s or something.)

Anyone remember this poster?

+1 but Matip being back will help them a bit but Fabinho - Matip is hardly a confidence inspiring CB partnership.

Kane and Son will tear them apart.

Have to say I am a bit worried about the Spurs game. They have the players and manager to really exploit the issues that we have. They will let us have the ball and they will counter attack and in Son and Kane they will be more of a threat than Utd.
I'm always worried about Spurs, but there record hasn't been so good with us lately.
I'm hoping Henderson is back, he does usually cover the full backs well enough that the space isn't there as much to exploit on the counter. I think we lacked that yesterday and gave Rashford the space to do damage. If we give that to Kane and Son then you're absolutely right
Please can we just burn all remaining stock of that awful away kit and never use it again? If there is another kit clash this season then we'll just play in skins or training bibs.

FSG* OUT!

* F*cking Shocking Garments
Cavani is a clever and experienced player and he started moving away and down a nano-second before the contact. It would have been hard for a foul not to have been given unfortunately. That said, that's all in the past and we move on to Spurs and beyond. At least we escaped a potential gruelling extra time and pens (being thankful for small mercies)
Also, Cavani dived, no doubt in my mind.
There were at least a few others too..Rashford's was embarrassing, DeBeek & Pogba screamed in agony too..flip those to Salah or Mane & the media would be all over them.
It always stings to lose to that lot. They really aren't that good you know? They have a very good forward line, but that's about it. It was very frustrating to lose to a side whose approach was so very obvious. We just didn't have the defensive personnel to counter they long ball to launch a quick break. If VvD and Gomez were playing they wouldn't have had a sniff.
Thiago needs to stop lunging in. A bit of the Paul Scholes about him at times.
Of all teams to knock us out of the FA cup, it has to be Man Utd. I will even smile if a league one team crashed us out. Really painful. I’ve been talking about giving the possession to Man Utd and play on the counter, but we played exactly like we did against Burnley and got burnt. Man Utd only does the old school of pumping the ball to left side. Rashford will then drive down the flanks and square or drop the ball to far right for either Greenwood or Cavani. This is their only formula other than diving in and around the box to get a free kick or penalty. We just played into their hands.
Cavani- “used his experience”
Van de Beek - “asking for a penalty”
Salah/Mané - “that’s a dive”.
noticed quite a few are saying Ali should’ve done better on the free kick. With Pogba directly in the line of where the shot went and ducking at the very last second, would that have meant Ali saw it really late? If so, could he have still done better? Dunno.
Then there’s the decisions going against us, cheap fouls etc. Only speaking for myself but I think I’d handle them being given against a lot better if we also got some iffy ones in our favour too along with the ones you expect to get but I don’t really remember us getting any iffy ones at all (in general, not just yesterday) and for sure we don’t seem to even get the obvious ones - see Pogba strangling Mo and no foul as an example
There were pluses out of the game that we can build from and at this stage that is what Klopp will be doing. He will be delighted with the chances we created, the pressing he saw and some of the passages in passing was world class. Two goals to the good against a side many pundits think are flying and I quickly glanced at BBC player ratings and had a good laugh where every one of our players excluding Salah was rated worse than........Van de Beek. You do wonder sometimes considering we had the majority of possession and as many shots on target. The media are never slow to pull the rug when they have a chance are they? Anyway I think we can build on this performance as we came out of the game with heads held high as it could have gone either way and it took some magic from the best player  ever to grace England to win it.
On the plus side, we are winning the Opta table.
This will cheer everyone up.
Match officials for the Spurs match:
Referee: Martin Atkinson.
Assistants: Lee Betts, Constantine Hatzidakis.
Fourth official: Kevin Friend.
VAR: Jonathan Moss.
Assistant VAR: Dan Robathan.
Should have been Coote and Marriner on var then we’d have the full set.

#Kloppout is actually trending in the UK. Absolute feckin' mega weapons have started supporting us in the last few years:mad::mad::mad:.
Happy now moaners?
The media will pick up on that now
Tell you we have gathered some right twats as ‘fans’ the last few years
Sadly, I think they've been with us for some time but now getting the voice because we've been spoilt for the past 2 seasons (not including this one....yet!)
100% agree.
99.9% of our opponents across England, and Europe would give their right arm to have Klopp at the helm of their club, and to have the record he has achieved in the last 3 years
I looked at the profiles of 4 people who were pushing the hashtag last night - 2 United fans and a City fan. The other one had joined yesterday and was obviously a snide account set up just for the purpose of getting it trending. One of them even had Rashford as his profile pic so it’s hardly representative of Liverpool fans. I wouldn’t worry about it.
I wouldn’t worry about what’s on Twitter, it’s full of keyboard warriors with very little brain. As a platform, it’s quickly losing it’s appeal. Twitter doesn’t set the narrative for anything.
people don't seem to understand that hashtag is created by opposition fans. of course they want Klopp out :)
Probably Chelsea fans wanting Klopp to move to Stamford Bridge....
They wish:)
Rafa’s free .. again;)
Since when are we arsed what the media thinks, I'm not. I don't even know know what this 'trending' thing is. Some kids on social media full of bull shit winding people up I suppose. Why waste your time and energy on them.
I don’t. What I would care about is Klopp getting wind that any Liverpool fan would want him out
A) Twitter is 90% cesspit
B) That is far more likely to have been started and fuelled by rival fans.
Don't be taking bait like this seriously.
And it's probably just as many supporters of other clubs getting in on it, maybe more. Best swerving any journalist/paper that actually runs with this as a story.
That can't be Liverpool supporters. I would be astounded if it was. Obviously you might get the odd numpty but other fans would be desperate to see Klopp go so I imagine it's them.
Its actually mad someone thought it was worth posting about on here. And then loads of others thought it was worth replying to...

Social media is actually BECOMING the news now, rather than reporting or reflecting it - I thought this place was better but I'm wondering more and more now. People just don't think critically at all when it comes to stuff like this.
Exactly why it’s pissing off
Social media isn’t becoming the news. That was 5 years ago
It is the new now And it’s mad people are trying to pass it off solely as other fans. I’ve seen enough in this thread alone to know it isn’t just infiltrators
Dunno why you're so angry, my point was that it isn't news and it isn't important. Partly because it will mostly be rival fans behind it, but also because social media has given everyone a voice and amplifies views no one would usually take seriously. RAWKites should be better and understand this.
EDIT - Who remembers that well-followed and prolific "Klopp Out" Twitter account that mysteriously disappeared around the time we won the Champions League? If anyone here believed that was a Liverpool fan (at any point of its lifespan) then I have some magic beans you may be interested in.
And posting the fact that "Klopp Out" was trending on Twitter to the largest Liverpool message board has amplified this "story". Now its become a two-page discussion on here when it should have been ignored
Unless I've missed it, I've not seen a single hint on here that Klopp should go.
Cos it wouldn’t be tolerated
That’s for other sites
Anyone wanting Klopp to go is not a Liverpool supporter and never has or will be. Anyone heard saying it, in public or otherwise, instantly loses any credibility or the right to be listened to whenever it comes to matters of football in general, not just Liverpool. They should feck off and find a more suitable club. Man City are currently recruiting for new fans.

Shame they are playing Spurs next.
good thing they are not a good side:
RAWK said:
Thing is, we do have lots of good sides to play in the immediate future. We play Man City, Leicester, Leipzig and Everton over the course of 2 weeks soon and Matip can only play once a week. So it's likely we'll see Williams line up for us again in 2 of those fixtures.
Whilst yesterday was very encouraging, I am not that optimistic playing Spurs on Thursday. They are currently one of other worst teams we could be playing right now.

can't imagine what this place would have been like last night!
But let's get it out the way....losing to them is never easy to take. Almost forgot how it felt!
..
As a side note, the second most annoying thing from last night (apart from that we lost) was that they were actually looking good again. feck that, I like the united that couldn't string two passes together....
They’ve improved, but from a low base. Haven’t watched much of them this season but obviously aware of the hype generally driven by some media. I was expecting much more from them yesterday. They played on the break generally, with pockets of periodic possession. Generally we dominated the possession I thought. United didn't look scared of us for once and actually played decent i thought
..
From the highlights I've seen, it seems we've played much, much better than in several previous matches.
So even though the result isn't good, there is still something to be optimistic about.
Onwards Champions of the World.
Is it possible to have smilie that throws up? For this thread only?

Not sure if serious, but it’s blatant unsportsmanlike behavior.
Yeah, I’d say it’s comparable to that Barcelona goalie Pinto whistling so the attacker that offside was called, or the Ajax player faking that he’s going to play the ball out for an injury.
