Was excellent post lockdown. Had an injury nightmare. But to say hes finally delivering is absurd
Yeah, that’s my recollection. He was good for about three months so far. Chelsea’s expensive under performers generally escape major scrutiny.

Well, at least this has immediately knocked Liverpool back down to fifth after occupying fourth for thirty seconds.

Havertz playing well. Definitely improved under Tuchel. Potentially a big season for him next season

Havertz with the Zidane-like touch, what a goal that would have been!

Already put a bet on Havertz to score, now and I’ve done him to get a brace..

Zaha's body language is appalling for a player who himself has done the square root of feck all whenever he's been on the ball.
He's become a really unlikable character the last season or two.

Havertz will come good next season i think. Thats when he really needs to step up regularly. He'll turn out a very good player

Shame Palace can't be rucked off to the championship.

When was the last time they offered anything in the slightest to the league?

2014 v Liverpool.
I did consider that, but in truth they'd already really screwed up v you lot, and would have needed to boot Palace 7 or 8-0 to put it back in their hands.

Apart from thelate 80s early 90ss I can't remember much anything from Palace. That season Andy Johnson dived for all his pens but not too much else.

He needs a move away from Palace. Would do him and Palace good probably.

There's still an excellent player in there.
Yea. Really believe both parties suffer if he stays any longer.

Why can Zaha puts hands to the face and not see red?
I know Wilfred gets fouled a lot, but he should make the other team pay for it by concentrating on his game. Instead he spends most of the time moaning to the referee and letting it get to him.

He's certainly got the attributes looking at him recently. That said where does he play?

He looks a better number 9 than Werner which creates another headache in some ways given his price tag.

Just the last two seasons? He has always been unlikeable and that’s probably half the reason no team has seriously gone in for him. Goes down far too easily and cries too much. Remember he had an absolute meltdown away at watford once because the fans were telling him exactly how they felt about him, rightly or wrongly (can’t remember).

Wonder how Tuchel had been for us. Id say Chelsea has a better squad and they are gonna be quite serious next season.

Villa players were fecking knackered to be fair. They gave everything. Liverpool wore them down like they do to most teams, except this time we decided to score some goals too. That's a novelty from us.
Ramsey and El Ghazi were subs, and even ignoring that, that TAA goal would never have gone in against any of the six teams you lot lost too prior to this. Even average defenders like Andersen, Mee etc showed boundless amounts of bottle and commitment to simply intercept and block shots.

Tuchel always comes in and usually does well, he's similar to Mourinho where the problems with him start to arise by season 3 where he finds a way to lose either the dressing room and/or the board.
