Florentino Perez is honestly one of the greediest scum to walk this earth. His whole life is only about money. Thank god most people on this earth are not only about greed like him.
All I can think of is that cheese room.Still can't understand how Tottenham have become a part of a super-anything
If it were changed to be the bottom club of the two groups gets relegated and the 2 positions go into some play-off tournament for the winners of the various leagues, I think the reaction would be massively different. Even if in reality that would still be very unfair.I don't like that either. Eventually it will make leagues lose a great part of their appeal, so I guess some middle ground will be reached eventually.
I think it's a case of them not wanting to be left out, just in case the new league thing was a success, but I think they'd be quite happy to keep things going as they are, slowly getting a stronger grip on a monopoly of the league and eventually the CL. The fact Ceferin and the PSG owner are best mates on the UEFA executive board together also probably doesn't sit well with many club owners in Europe. Then why are City asked?

Is he greedy for wanting to save his business from losing money every year and falling into bankrupcy?Florentino Perez is honestly one of the greediest scum to walk this earth. His whole life is only about money. Thank god most people on this earth are not only about greed like him.
I believe the ESL teams have extremely firm legal footing, as much as they are greedy ****** (don't even know what that censors. Take your pick, all swear words fit) they would not have done this without a good degree of due diligence.Well well well, it looks like Florentino was right about UEFA not being able to kick out the teams from the CL & EL. If it isn’t blatantly obvious that the teams are bigger than UEFA itself by now, then I don’t know when it will be tbh.
I'm voting that one for post of the year tbh.
He is a big player in the game, no doubt, but it looks like he overestimated his own importance by quite a bit.biggest player in the whole business of football over the last decades, hate him or love him
The elections are over, right? He can actually go since he needs reelection, he has fecked himself.
so trueThe thread title isn't even ironic anymore
It's not very surprising is it? It's like any business, I have my own, but if I decide to get rid of my best workers, I'm not going to do very well for a while, am I? Any business is somewhat beholden to its employees, although you would never be able to tell in my country (USA).Well well well, it looks like Florentino was right about UEFA not being able to kick out the teams from the CL & EL.
