Typical Nuno this.

Defensive and boring and no intent to attack. He’s such a coward of a manager and his style at Wolves was brutal. He will make Spurs under Jose feel like 70s Brazil.

You’ve barely got a chance when this City squad is dripping in quality via Sheikh Money all over and to think they will probably add Harry Kane also ffs

Absolute joke that the people in charge of football have allowed this to happen to our game, same with the french league how can any of those other clubs dream of winning the title when PSG lost the league just once in the last what 6-7 years and reacted by signing Messi, Ramos, Hakimi, That guy from Liverpool who’s name I can’t be arsed Googling and Donnaruma , mental and before anyone says 4 of those were free yes but have you seen the wages they’ve offered them!

Agree. Even when Wolves were getting results, they were boring as hell.

Yeah, Bruno scored a hattrick, whatever, you expect that from a 50m player. Pogba got 4 assists? So? You expect they from a 90m player. Grealish wins 2 fouls, majestic maverick of a player. Worth every penny.

I thought Fernandinho retired or was suppose to retire after the CL final?

Was looking forward to not seeing him foul people without getting booked for them...

Spurs are actually playing alright :nervous:
Yeah as long as they keep it 0-0 there's always a chance they can pinch a goal on break if they can shift it to Son in decent position. Think that's the way the matches home to Man. City have panned out last three seasons.

Go 1 down and they have no chance, nothing on the bench and they'll likely run out of steam after an hour.

I don’t think it takes a coach to know Dele “poor mans Lampard” Ali will never possess the quality Ndombele has.
The only technically gifted player In this squad never gets a look in, yet there is room for Dele who brings nothing to a team except jammy goals biennially and Winks in the line up. I’d never understand it.
Ndombele needs to go to a team where the coach understands his quality and would create a room for him.
Nuno has to be what we all think of him.

Have no idea why they appointed him, honestly. I would have actually kept Jose over him

City dominating the territorial possession but not creating many chances....spurs trying to catch them on the counter with playing that really narrow front 3 so they can break quickly

they just have to get past fernandinho before he fouls them
