I thought he looked knackered and old at the Euros. I'm sure some of his form issues are based on the failed transfer scenario over summer but maybe all the niggling injuries have taken their toll? Something's definitely not right with him.
Yea he struggled to make any sort of space for himself, and got caught on the ball constantly at the euros.

He'd be motivated to play for City and would look a different player.

Goes to show, clubs can force unhappy players with long contracts to stay, you shouldn't. Ultimately it ends up being counterproductive. Another error by Levy.
Doubt it, he is a very good player but looks very slow and old. Nowhere near worth that fee even if he would be much better.

He looked the same for England.

He has been awful for us this season so far - clearly doesn't want to be here and it is impacting on his performances.

He badly needs to leave that team to get his career back on track…he’s completely given up

Is this an injury or can he just not be bothered because they wouldn’t sell him?

Looking forward to Southgate choosing his team on form again and playing him against Albania and San Marino.

Thought he was on the decline and said at the time Spurs were crazy not to accept big money for him in the summer. His attitude looks shocking for a club captain.

He didn't look great at the Euros as well tbh. He's had a shed load of injuries in his career, they might have just started to catch up with him now especially with the amount of football played in the last year

Yeah I thought he was poor in the group stages. Goals can mask how a player is performing at times. He wasn’t even a factor against Italy in the final.

To be fair against those teams you would score two hat-tricks, so Kane should be able to do something.

I won’t write him off just yet! But looks as if they should have cashed in.

He’d be scoring for fun with City. Years of doing too much with Spurs are catching up to him. Last year he was their top scorer and assister and was everywhere on the pitch.

He looks mentally and physically knackered.

His all around game has been poor for a while now, but the goals have masked that and have been brought up anytime his poor play has been mentioned.

I also love how the idea that he’s just totally given up (rather than actually being just a bit shit) is somehow ok because it’s poor old Harry.

Will City go for him again? I'd be really concerned if I were in their position. Hard to say whether it's more due to his motivation or decline. Will Spurs sell for 50M in the winter if he continues like this?

Not sure if shit or he’s given up but either way he’s stank this season up so far.

Harry Kane gets the ball and he's just walking around, he looks like he absolutely cannot be arsed at all, as bad as Spurs have been at least the rest of the players are putting in an effort, he genuinely cannot be bothered it looks awful

People need to give up on this “he’s just disinterested” defense. He looks physically shot and not up to it anymore. The same defense was tried with Sanchez when in fact he was finished at the top level as well.

His off the ball movement is excellent. And he makes good defensive contribution and not a bad passer. He would do great in an attacking team. But nowhere near that fee. Spurs would be lucky to get close to 100 m now.
Would love Karma to hit it back to Levy but Iam afraid Newcastle will bail him out this time.

I said when Mourinho was there - they played him every game with no rest, including on thursdays in pointless Europa league draws. Then Southgate plays him in pretty much every England game. Nuno's continuing in the same vein. He's become a bit like Mane, shot, only Mane actually got the summer off. It's a shame but they're killing him by overplaying him.

He downed tools instead of coming back after the Euros, then finally said he’d do his fecking job in a statement to go on to do absolutely nothing all season.

Even van Hooijdonk scored for Forest after his protest, he’s been let off massively for this shambles.

The fact that Ronaldo has had questions asked of him all week and Kane keeps getting away with this level of performance in the media tells you all you need to know about the press in England.

Didn’t give a feck today. Was passing the ball to our defence every time he had the ball.

Gary Neville would've been in crisis at the moment, had we signed Kane instead of Ronaldo.

He clearly must not have understood when Levy told him he wasn't allowed to move.
