Hope Rangnick has his eye on Potter as a potential candidate for the job when he leaves. I always watch a Brighton game whenever possible, they play brilliant football. Definitely my '2nd' prem team.

What are people thinking for the Salah flop roulette?
Which minute will he hit the deck in the box.
I'm going 17th.

He's not enough of a big name for people. I would happily take a chance on him if we can't get Ten Haag. He's gone from strength to strength in every managerial position he's been in.

He has a team of players who will listen to him and don't think he is beneath them. That would be the big problem he'd have with our lot.

So much about managing at big clubs is being able to manage big egos, of which we sadly seem to have far too many.

We won't be going for any manager who hasn't had experience in that.

Maybe some of these big egos need to realise that football is a team sport and it isn't all about them.
