That's a foul anywhere else on the pitch. You knick the ball ahead and the player who challenged for the ball comes out with nothing then cleans you out. Yeah, the ball runs out to touch but no contact with the ball by the keeper.
The gk didn't claim the ball nor punch it out to clear. Second to the ball while colliding with the player going for the ball. You have to knick the ball or else that's what happens. Pen all day long. Decision on the pitch and sustained/confirmed by VAR after a second look.

Wayne also mentioned how whenever the team has gone behind, they look extremely down and out...which wasn't the case last year under Ole when they recovered and won so many points from behind. The fighting belief and spirit, just the attitude, has completely gone. The players have just switched off way too many time this year and it's just so bizarre the lack of fight throughout a match. There's a lot of pressure and maybe with fans being back for the entire season, many of the same players couldn't hack it.
