You must be real fun at parties. ever post anything positive?
Football or for that matter any sport is about entertainment. When was the last time you really enjoyed anything United did?
I enjoyed Ronaldo’s two hat tricks and was buzzing at his return. That’s about it.

Well that's not what I'm arguing. I'm saying if we decide to sell him he's going to a Premier League level club. Regardless of whether you think he's good enough for the level and is a Championship player in the future.
I hope you're right as we'd get more money.

You jumped onto my reply to another poster about them wanting Spence at United, who is a championship right back.
I didn’t we needed a 70 million striker as cover for Ronaldo, think that’s one of those thing’s in your head you can’t let go of. Much like me being in communication with anyone who manages United, last 1 I spoke to was Sir Alex a long time ago very briefly.
I’m simply pointing out areas where we have 1 player to cover the position for 50 odd games per season will be the priority. I get that you don’t accept that reality, so like I said enjoy the disappointment.
I didn't jump on anything, I simply pointed out that having 2 players for a position is irrelevant if they're crap, deliberately starting the season without one good RB is daft, no matter how you try to justify it. You can argue that we have Ronaldo, Rashford and Martial for #9 and AWB and Dalot for RB as nobody with common sense counts Williams and Laird, and just like you point out we haven't sold AWB, there's more takers for him than Martial who is still contracted here on huge wages.

As far as you communicating with management, you're the one arrogantly talking shit like you're connected in to what Ten Hag is planning, hence the joke you appeared to take seriously.

Source:
  • Leeds are looking for possible Raphinha replacements.
  • Leeds hope that Kalvin Phillips signs a new contract and play next season.
  • Besides Garner, Leeds are still monitoring Huddersfield midfielder Lewis O'Brien.
  • Besides Rasmus Kristensen, Leeds are also monitoring Calvin Ramsay.
    • They accept that Liverpool are favourites to sign Ramsay.
  • Looking for an experienced backup to Meslier

Héctor Bellerín will leave Arsenal in the summer: he has one year left on his contract at 4M € net [salary] and is NOT in the English club's plans. The player's priority is to stay at Betis but in recent weeks Fiorentina has also been informed.

Isn't that sort of the stuff people expected from Rangnick?
It's more that O'Boyle will focus on the day-to-day operations and allow Murtough to focus more on the first team strategy, including recruitment. According to Ducker in this article, Murtough also has to focus on the team infrastructure, facilities, overall club staffing, and the women's team. The last part should be covered by a director of women's football, but for now, Andy O'Boyle will take a load off of Murtough's shoulders.

The total cost for Tchouameni is going to be ridiculous.
Tchouameni. Madrid enjoys the player's preference and already has an economic, contractual agreement with the Frenchman's agent. Monaco's OK may be a matter of time. Whites negotiate for 80/85mln € fixed + variable. The total figure should reach 100 [million Euros].

Official: Ko Itakura will return to Manchester City as his buy option's too expensive for Schalke

Keep an eye out for him. He's going to be a more in-demand player this summer.

Barcelona's interest in Raphinha plummets:
  • Barça has been absent for several months.
  • That Leeds have not relegated complicates the signing. There is no longer a 25M [Euros] clause and the English are asking for 55M [Euros] plus variables.
  • It is not ruled out, but it is a lower priority.
  • Other Premier teams with more financial muscle have shown growing interest and now have more options to take the player.
  • Raphinha prioritizes playing regularly because he wants to go to the World Cup.

Jumped on = joined in, thought it was pretty simple term to understand, but maybe not for some who must have very thin skin.
I don’t take anything you post seriously, pretty sure you’re about 12 so you don’t know any better.
Lets wait and see who starts as right back next season, my money is on a current option.

Still don't understand the Timber links. He's not a right back and if we are to purchase a centre back, then he must be left footed, in my opinion.

Consider him a utility player who’s better than some of the current options we’re using. He can play right back comfortably, he can hold the midfield and play central defence. Plus he knows Ten Hags system and will possibly be an important part of the dressing room culture.
That said I’d agree someone like Gvardoil would be a better fit if we’re looking for a central defender. Probably cost less the £43 million as well.

This Romano guy knows the ins and outs of every transfer. Whether it involves players from England, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Scotland, Belgium, USA and everywhere in between.

Using the word literally, it’s incredible isn’t it? He cannot possibly be that well connected. Even actual journalists with jobs and employment don’t pretend to have that wide a knowledge base. He’s the transfer world’s version of an ‘influencer’ . Looking at his follower numbers he’s very good at it but he’s either one man more connected that all the sports journalists of Europe (and beyond) combined or he’s a highly successful bullshit artist .

He has built a big database of local sources, often times parroting their content even without crediting them.

Never really kicked on but still at a good age and I think he'd do well on the right under Ten Hag. Can't imagine he'd be expensive either?

He has a lot of sources himself of course, but he also works with a lot of the other reporters, as they know he's not going anywhere and that nobody has his global reach. Started as a very reliable source working with Di Marzio, and like you say, became a transfer influencer basically after he went off on his own.

According to whoscored, he has played right back four times this season. The season before that, he had 16 apps, 4 of which were from the bench. No sign of him being able to ''hold the midfield'' neither.

Granted, he may be a player with loads of potential, Timber is a centre back, and if he were to come, that's where he'd play - especially for the most part anyway. He has next to no experience in other positions, hence why I don't understand why people think he'd be a utility player.

Gvardiol is someone who have been impressed with on the few occasions i've seen him, and would fit the criteria of being a left footed centre back, who can fill in at left back. Heard he dreams of playing for Liverpool, though.

Maybe because he's not good enough?
And yet would walk into our team? Can't go from our level to CL winner level in 1 go. Some of our signings if available for good prices will just have to be interim signings until we are able to get the last step. And besides, he has plenty of talent and played a regular role for Real Madrid, just not as a key player.

I’ll take it you don’t watch Ajax much? Timber moves effortlessly into numerous positions on the pitch.

Excellent holding midfielder, they’ll be wanting to close a deal quickly as he could do a lot better than Palace.
