Solid 1st half by us, Austria is trying to gegenpress hard and playing very risky with their cb's, so I hope we can punish them more.

Mike 'Gordon Banks' Maignan. Honestly one of the best saves you'll ever see, amazing.

Just seen that the Netherlands had 51 shots tonight. Don't think I've ever seen a side have that many in a single game!

What's with the trash on the field? (And no, not referring to our national team, this time)

We’re certainly looking good. Really should be 2 or 3-0 up. Imagine if Haaland was out there
well Haaland is never out there when we have Euro or World cup qualifiers....but I assume he will be playing at the weekend again

You think Solbakken has been lying for Haaland and City when insisting an injury popped up and that Haaland was devastated and showed up at his door at midnight? He also insister that there’s been no pressure from Man City’s team. Just wondering. I found it weird he was spending so much time giving quotes to dispel that, but I would find it weirder that he’d be talking that much if he was covering for them. It’s not as if people were clamouring for a justification.

I am just stating that he has been missing 6 or 7 qualifiers in a row now - but if he misses the game during the weekend - I will be wrong so

I get that, but it implies all the other stuff I said (by necessity), which I think is a stretch. Can’t keep this charade up and only go to a championship, should we qualify.

Just noticed that Jordi Amat (the former Swansea CB) has scored for Indonesia in a friendly today. Turns out he also plays in the Malaysian league. What the feck?!
