No it isn't exact. It's the minimum time added, not maximum. If there is stoppage or time wasting in extra time ref adds few extra mins.

To be fair I think the ref was right to add on the extra. When Fred went down after the challenge from Clyne in injury time, Fred was down for well over a minute on the floor. Refs don’t always add on all the “wasted” time in injury time but the extra added on here was right I thought.

That‘s basically what it was. Casemiro hugged Hughes after he held him back with his hands around his throat. It looked weird but I guess it was harmless.

The refferees in the league are atrocious. Think the world cup officiating was fantastic by comparison. The issue is they don't shelf them for bad performances, they are also protected from criticism. It's really weird how the league has staunch views on certain types of ownership (seen with the Newcastle fiasco) but turn a blind eye to potentially biased refs which has just as much outcome in results as anything else. Im not saying the refs are bent but the infrastructure with their positions allows them to be so. That is the issue, it will take one to come out before they change anything. They need to be proactive and not re-active.
