He definitely seem to have regressed us from last season. Even the end of last season was dire.

Mount on and dropping McT back just stinks of a manage who is desperate. Anyone can see it won’t work and then as if City won’t adapt to take advantage of it either. Bizarre decision.

He only needs 4 billion more and 4 years more and then he will show you his magical football. Pep Guardiola is my idol

This set up and formation is beyond confused. It’s like he’s run out of ideas and is just throwing names into the air now

Shite transfers have cost him this year.

Relying on a 20 year old who's never scored more than 10 league goals in his career to lead the line for man utd. What kind of joker plans this? Feel sorry for Hojlund btw as he's been set up for failure
Will likely be the only useful transfer he's made for the next manager.

The majority of his transfers have been rather suspect. I think Amrabat has been shite since joining. He just runs round like a headless chicken and offers nothing.

Wont be sacked because he's been shrewd with his signings. There's a fair bit of nepotism in it and it's in the interest of almost all the players he's brought in to ensure he stays on the job.

Great substitution. Take off your defensive midfielder and put in McTominay, who we have a 6+ year sample size of not being able to play in that role. He doesn't tackle, doesn't pass well and as we see within 5 mins, is too dopey to track a runner.

The "you don't know what you're doing" chant comes to mind.

Amrabat wasn't doing well and was already on a yellow. What would you have him do? Bring on Mainoo instead?

His recruitment will ultimately be why he is sacked.

Look at the CMs we could have got this summer and last and we spent 140 on casemero and mount.

Hojollond has been his only good buy but he still needed a World class 9 to be ahead of him and learn from for a few seasons till he can lead a line for a team to challenge a league / CL

Well it was obvious in the summer we needed a DM back up. He should have signed one instead of Mount. Its his own fault he is in this mess. Trying to get away with such an average player like Amrabat is a clown decision.

We’ve got incredibly poor to average players in every single position
Add to that no coherent playing style whatsoever
Never going to be a recipe for success

I don't even watch United anymore - I have given up. I enjoy watching the U18s - at least there is some plan when they play. He will be sacked before new years

Patience has run thin. He along with Murtough have created this mess. The money spent combined with him never learning from his shit team selections is enough evidence to conclude he hasn't got what it takes. He needs to go.

Unfortunately, i think I have to admit to the obvious. He's not up to the enormous job. The football is utter trash, there's no style or inventiveness. His purchases have been beyond woeful. Maybe his football doesn't translate to the league I don't know but my God, this is bad. The main problem is I would still support him if I had some idea of what he's trying to achieve, there is absolutely no substance to what he is producing. We are definitely the worst run of the so called big clubs, blindly buying every eridivise standard player without question.

He needs to go this is embarrassing again. His signings have been awful. How anyone can continually back this football when you look at what Ange has done with spurs in a fraction of the time and budget is incredible

Even Fergie lost 6-1 to City at home. Dont worry, he will come good.

Or something like that.

One of the many reasons. He does not appear to have the means to rally this group of players to play above their capability. Our current state is due to mental and physical deficiencies.

Really poor for 6 months now. March, April, May, August, September, October. Its unreal how we have become so poor in all areas of the pitch. He needs a good run between now and February to avoid the boot.

Rashford's purple patch and a kind cup draw papered over a lot of cracks last year. He has been unfortunate with injuries this campaign but some of the decisions he is making are bizarre and for the money spent we've gone no where.

It's already all been said. He's on the downward slope of his managerial tenure here and nothing will stop the descent now.

So who's out there and available? Julen Lopetegui, Conte, Graham Potter, Hansi Flick?

Can't see any of them work here tbh.
