Bayern we'll even throw in Antony for free if you hire Ten Hag.

Why wouldn't he be? You don't think someone as cocky as him would be licking his lips at the thought of coming in after this shit show? The only way should be up from here now.He won't be United manager. Why would he?
If Bayern stupildy hired him its the end of an era for them. BuLi teams playing fast transition style will destroy that open gap midfield tactic he has. Imagine what RBL or Leverkusen will do to em. I wonder how the board came up with the idea (if this is remotely true not just shit concocted by his agent which prolly is). Do they smoke crack and huff paint before going like "aufweidersehen guys, lets hire that bald guy who managed United to 7th spot, minus GD, spent 500m buying duds, getting battered left right, concede 20+shots every match and has zero midfield every game" and the others say "sounds amazing".Come on Bayern... You know you want him. Look how his head shines! I believe you can convince him to join you if you really go all-out for him!
It’s been said before but ETH did coach their Reserve team while Guardiola was there. I’m sure they know his ideas and what he’s trying to do. It does still seem strange though. If Bayern stupildy hired him its the end of an era for them. BuLi teams playing fast transition style will destroy that open gap midfield tactic he has. Same kind of players that would join during Moyes, Mourinho, LVG or Ole I guess.Who would join United under ETH ? Who in their right mind would do that ?
Its different - during those times we had a new manager at the start of each season - there was optimism. If ETH was allowed to stay - no serious footballer would join usSame kind of players that would join during Moyes, Mourinho, LVG or Ole I guess.
Well, you'd hope the only way is up. I'm not so sure. Why wouldn't he be? You don't think someone as cocky as him would be licking his lips at the thought of coming in after this shit show? The only way should be up from here now.

Luckhurst is still generally reliable despite his overall annoying tone. Even with the few mistakes that he's made, he's still clued in on club matters.Luckhurst/MEN and The United Stand…
…we need a new tier level for these two. They’re close to “bloke down the pub”
Senior execs burned bridges with Tuchel. Both parties would have to agree to continue. Tuchel can look at United, see a flawed squad but not one without talent and identify what even a less savvy coach could see (provided they're not as stubborn as ETH) in terms of strengths and basic areas of physical and technical deficiency. Sell at least five first team squad players for basic book value. Bring in two midfielders with enough strength and pace, and general technical ability (without necessarily being Kroos or someone) and a modicum of positional intelligence on top of that - you could find 15-20 across Europe who'd fit the bill, including French league and who the new team can identify. Bring in a CB able to play a high line, fulfil basic distributional responsibilities and who isn't a complete novice or an idiot. Play a more contained style that doesn't leave the team over-run. That, plus a back-up CF probably has the team competitive for 4th.I’ll be ridiculously surprised if Bayern still want Ten Hag after watching our shiteshow yesterday at Palace. Surely they would rather keep Tuchel if there’s no other managerial options?

If they’re worrying about that sort of stuff then they aren’t the right man for the job. You get this noise at all the biggest clubs in Europe. if you can’t handle the pressure then don’t make the step up.Tier 1:

The concerns are coming from "at least two potential candidates". The Telegraph is then blowing it up to become a bigger deal than it seems to be.
Clearly managers who've never worked for, and have no ambition to work for, either Munich or one of the big Spanish clubs. United are box office, and there are plenty of mouthy ex-players, but the pressure from media that includes ex-pros, as well as inclination to get involved by proxy in club politics, isn't unique. If worst comes to worst, just strategically appoint a couple of the most 'dominant' ones club ambassadors - for six figures here and there to finance their jollies and gladhanding you can save your institution a lot of headaches.Tier 1:
