They had 2 chances in the second half, and they scored from both those chances. We had attack after attack after attack and constant chances and a combination of last-ditch City defending, Given having a blinder and pure bad luck kept us out. We also gifted City 2 goals with terrible mistakes from us.

We dominated the second half and fully deserved our win.

I would say to Mark Hughes: the game was locked at 3-3 with still some minutes to be played, why didn't City then throw everybody forward and go for the win? I mean City do want to mix it up with the big boys, why not go for the winner after just getting themselves back into the game? Extra time added on benefits both teams, it's just a question of which team has the bigger bollocks to go for the win and I'm sorry you bitter blue cnuts, but it was us :devil:

Did anyone see the post match interviews with Shitty fans on Sky Sports News?

"We deserved at least a point, maybe all three."

What game were you watching, dummy?

Like Fergie said, this game could have been a walk in the park if our defence wasn't playing like a bunch of 10 year olds (Evra excluded). We gifted them 2 of their 3 goals, yet up the other end we always looked a threat.

Fergie got it spot on when he said it could have been 6 or 7. City were good for the last half hour of the first half, very good in fact, but once we changed things around a bit we were pretty much in control.

So Citeh getting an equalizer in the last minute of a half that they had under 25% of ball possession was fair....priceless.

A substandard bag of meat and bones.
If City didn't waste so much time there wouldn't have been a issue. Given took ages over every goal kick, usually moving it over to the other side. Every throw in took ages and free kick. They only have themselves to blame.

Yes. When added time happens, it's only for Manchester United to get the chance to win the game, apparently not for the other team it seems.
This is a good point, from the way they're moaning about it you'd think they'd been winning and we'd snatched a fortunate equaliser, fools.

Fortune favours the brave!

Mark Hughes has nobody to blame but his own players. Their time wasting created the extra minute or so, and their defending let us get chances late on. Anyone watching the whole match would say that one team deserved to win and they were not wearing blue shirts.

What? fecking what!?
Apparently United are the only ones allowed to score during extra time.. And let's not forget Bellamy did a good thing by hitting that fan...

Is Hughes slowly turning into Arsene Wenger or something?

I think Sparky really thinks he can create what SAF did with United at City. If he was not gone to some people, I am sure now there is no question that he does not want anything to do with us.

Ok, so the bitters may have scored 3 goals, but was sparky at the same game as I watched.

Mark Hughes, obviously a man under pressure from his rich arab paymasters.

but is he just bitter or actually deluded ?
Both and he's looking quite old these days.

On 606 there was some City fan claiming that Gary Neville was deliberately winding up the City fans.

"It was WORSE than the Adebayor incident" apparently.

After the game in the celebrations, Neville allegedly continued celebrating and applauding the stands while walking past the City supporters, and did not stop, doff his invisible hat, and mourn.

"We want a level playing field...if Adebayor is going to be charged by the FA then Neville should be too". Quite.

Then someone pretending to be a Spurs fan (sounds like they're crying on the line) delivers the ABU line, but dips it in a whinge about "Top Four Decisions" regarding stoppage time, and wants a "maximum" displayed. The statistics show that Man United don't give away penalties. When Fergie had that laugh with the official - that was "disgusting" and "not on". The fourth official should not be allowed to have any discussion with the managers at any time. Said the ABU Caller. RAWK would be proud. He held back the tears admirably.

They're now the very worst of the scousers, Arsenal, and Chelsea combined, all dressed up with the class of a syphilitic one-legged transsexual prostitute leper with one tooth.

Their fans are the whinging victimized "Best Fans In The World" who are insane and touched in the head about the level they are at, and how they are a world footballing power.

Their manager "did not zee" anything and is constantly 'robbed' or horribly mistreated by authorities as his angelic players are punished for wrongs they did not commit.

They scream and storm and yell and have crap discipline, and they put in a lot of cynical tackles not for footballing reasons but because they have a lot of just miserable people in their club. Add to that they are only around town by virtue of spending a zillion pounds of billionaire money which the club never earned.

It is funny to watch them behave like this.

What would Hughes be saying if City had scored in the extra time?

If he can hand on heart say he'd still complain then fair enough. If not, he should shut up.

Why the hell does it matter how many extra minutes were played ? Both teams were on the pitch, either one could have scored and the extra time didn't favour one or the other

Hughes is becoming an idiot since having all this money.

He thinks automatically that City should win everything.
