the reality was we almost totally dominated the match. We did not allow Arsenal to play their normal game and Nasri was made ineffective.

Nothing to do with the header, ye just can't compete with Ferdinand, Fletcher, Vidic or even Carrick, likewise versus Chelsea. You have too many players that just can't compete physically, you need to be able to do both, fight and play.
