1 Roy signing, there was 1 Roy signing that played for Liverpool tonight. And from what i've heard he was one of the better players.

But it was all his fault.
The good news is that we were assured that shite like Paulsen wouldn't be allowed near the first team under King Kenny.

Oh.

how many times are these deluded idiots going to blame the ref.

Bent ref!

Repeated Blackpool fouls and not even a warning and now a blatant handball and a yellow card on Torres!

and another

Yep, we found another home ref here. He's not made many poor decisions in fairness but inconsistent with the cards.
Until they start winning.

Have a look at some of these gems, fresh from RAWK,

Made some mistakes tonight Kenny (how Jovanovic stayed on for 90 minutes Ill never know) but where we are now is due to 3 years of mismanagement by Hicks of Gillett, 18 months of awful signings by Rafael Benitez and 6 months of terrible signings and tactics by Roy Hodgson.

A bastion of mediocrity those 4 people have turned us into.
We played a lot better tonight, and I like the way we were trying to play, a passing moving fluid game, but unfortunately some of the players either were struggling to keep up with it or struggling to understand it. A lot of it is down to the players, make no mistake, but the tactics and style of football was a lot lot better.
Relegation fears have crept in.
What makes it more of a shame, is that Blackpool were absolutely wank.
And finally, can a loss be a win? Oh, no it can't.

That was much better than most of our away performances this season, still not good enough though obviously.

Love how he acknowledges him as a home ref and then says he's not made many poor decisions. Trying to join the bandwagon without really agreeing.

Torres played his beautiful butt off today ... Pepe was spectacular (could have been worse without him) .... please RAWKITES don't bash Kenny tonight ....we played more attacking, and we can so do this!

Onward to the derby!

Do what ???

This idiot should be very worried , they have a real chance of relegation on this form

Not too concerned, we're playing the ball on the ground and doing it well up to in and around that box. It'll come, the rust will be shaken off and we'll be flying you'll see.

the positive i take is the fact that kenny can see our deficiencies, his 'honeymoon' period hasn't masked them, which is massive because he's seen them when a window is open, he could so easily of won the first few games on confidence, not got anyone in in january and then our deficiencies start to show, must act in this window, it's vital.
a loss can be a win!

What will happen is Dogleish will save Liverpool from going down on the LAST DAY of the season by getting a required draw and this will be seen as an awesome feat by the deluded Dippers.

It's ON!

Only 19 points behind the leaders (who have a game in hand) halfway through the season!

Gutted for Kenny.

We desperately need some more quality in the first team and in depth.

Torres, Reina, Kelly stood out. Johnson played ok considering he was out of position.

Our defending is letting us down big time and needs sorting because the way we are going we will struggle to win another game.

Gutted for Kenny :lol::lol:
He picked the team , his tactics and he left it so late for the subs , why cant they just say he fecked up

I said (elsewhere) last year when Rafa was in charge that the entire squad needed overhauling, I think this game proves that our poor performances this season weren't entirely down to Hodgson. We have too many players who either aren't good enough, or not up for it.
Rawk response to a fair assessment.

I wish you would get a clue. We were 2nd the season before, best points total in the prem league for Liverpool ever, with pretty much the same squad. We've lost a couple key players because of the owners, namely Mascherano and Benayoun. Surely with them we'd be in the top 4 again, right? Just stop typing whatever comes into your head.

sktrl - flustered under any kind of pressure, weak in the air, contributes feck all to our attacks .i.e when we get a corner.
agger - weak in the air
johnson - poor defensively
lucas - powder puff, has never and will never grasp the game by the scruff of the neck and dictate and drive our play forward.
Poulson - just average
raul - a fecking tart.
kuyt - no finese, no pace, contributing less and less towards our attacks.
jovanovic - just offers nothing
torres - sulks, goes missing, if things aint going his way.

babel - no brain
ngog - hardly puts the fear of god into opposition defenders
cole - injured, wants to play in the centre.
maxi - goes missing away from home

gerrard - rush of blood to the head.
carra - hoof.

I really need to go to bed soon but I'm enjoying

1. Blackpool v Dippers highlights on SS1 far too much and

2. RAWK actually melting right now.

From RAWK.

Lets put a bit of perspective on it!

1) Kenny has been in charge since Sunday morning
2) He will need time - not as long as Hodgson but some time (i.e more than 3 or 4 days)
3) We've just played 65 minutes with 10 men against the Mancs
4) 3rd game in a week!
5) Our confidence, particularly away from home is shot
6) We need time to realise the change in play
7) Losing to Blackpool away is not like losing to Wolves at home! They are a decent side

Blackpool at home lost 3-2 Man City, drew with Everton 2-2, beat West Brom 2-1, and beat Wolves 2-1 - it was never going to be an easy match (relative to where we are in terms of quality) despite the fact they're not a big club.

Imagine if the bolded parts had been Hodgson's comments after the macth.
