I'd drop him for being in the brown zone.Rumors that Rooney has been rested because he is in the "red zone". Memphis/lingard start. Dont shoot me !
Me too. Usually I'd avidly watch every game but now I literally fall asleep at times. It's not just us though, I know fans that have just outright stopped watching us because it's so boring.I feel the same. The Palace game was one of the first times in my life where I struggled to even pay attention to the game. Kept finding myself messing on my phone. Literally had to force my attention back onto the football. This has never happened before. It doesn't even feel like watching United.
It was a relief to watch the Everton v Sunderland game and be reminded that football is actually enjoyable.
He'll still start the next game. What happens if Rooney is rubbish at 10?
Like when he played there a few weeks ago after Martial's arrival? Move him to another position. What happens if Rooney is rubbish at 10?
Hehehe.Rumors that Rooney has been rested because he is in the "red zone". Memphis/lingard start. Dont shoot me !
You say this as if he hasn't already been bad in this position. What happens if Rooney is rubbish at 10?
I know it, but the manager is the problem. You say this as if he hasn't already been bad in this position.
Every position he's played.
What happens if Rooney is rubbish at 10?
LMAO.He'll still start the next game.
Van Gaals wet dream line up
-----------Rooney
Rooney-Rooney-Rooney-Rooney
----Rooney---------Rooney
Rooney------Rooney------Rooney
---------------------Rooney
Who needs the football.LMAO.
Well guys, if the game is boring (which is what I expect) at least I hope some of your comments will provide entertainment, tonight.
The Middlesborough game was a borefest, but when viewed alongside the match day thread, it was very entertaining. When Rooney missed the penalty, the comments had me in stitches.
There's gonna be football tooWho needs the football.
Looks like it, of sorts anyway. There's gonna be football too
Well...there will be lots of passing. I'm not sure if that can be described as football. There's gonna be football too
Heh. I can relate to that. Had no intention of watching any football, MOTD or otherwise this weekend after the Palace game but ended up catching highlights of that game during the news and couldn't take my eyes off the footage. It seemed like a strange and alien sport.I feel the same. The Palace game was one of the first times in my life where I struggled to even pay attention to the game. Kept finding myself messing on my phone. Literally had to force my attention back onto the football. This has never happened before. It doesn't even feel like watching United.
It was a relief to watch the Everton v Sunderland game and be reminded that football is actually enjoyable.
what the feck is this red zone ?Rumors that Rooney has been rested because he is in the "red zone". Memphis/lingard start. Dont shoot me !
If Morgan is out and Rooney is playing at #10 I'd play Herrera next to Carrick or Bastian in a deeper role.Looks like Ander on the bench, which everyone expected.
I wouldn't listen to these rumours if I were him.what the feck is this red zone ?
That is so slow in midfield.Rumoured line-up:
de Gea, Young, Smalling, Blind, Marcos Rojo, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Lingard, Rooney, Mata, Martial.
That's fecking atrocious.Apparently:
De Gea, Young, Smalling, Blind, Rojo, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Lingard, Mata, Rooney, Martial.
Carrick and Schweinsteiger in the middle worries me a bit. Not enough mobility.Apparently:
De Gea, Young, Smalling, Blind, Rojo, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Lingard, Mata, Rooney, Martial.
Probably dropped after his poor performances v Palace. Is Herrera hurt? What?
He does know we have to win right?Rumoured line-up:
de Gea, Young, Smalling, Blind, Marcos Rojo, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Lingard, Rooney, Mata, Martial.
Could have dropped everyone of the midfield and forward line.Probably dropped after his poor performances v Palace.
Good Lord... More than 200 million pounds spent and we line up like thisRumoured line-up:
de Gea, Young, Smalling, Blind, Marcos Rojo, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Lingard, Rooney, Mata, Martial.
Oh god. Rooney somehow retains his position.Rumoured line-up:
de Gea, Young, Smalling, Blind, Marcos Rojo, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Lingard, Rooney, Mata, Martial.
