Not to be annoying but we got more than 5 goals prediction but still no 5 subs?

This isn't all that bad a matchup for where both teams are right now. Not as bad as I figured it would be a month ago at least. Nobody expects anything from us but that other team is going to be feeling immense pressure to put them down hard. So if they come out with some damn fight in them we might have a game here.

    Ronaldo
    Rashford Garnacho
    Ericksen Fernandez
    Fred
    Malacia Maguire Martinez Wan-Bissaka

Why would anyone still want Rashford starting? He’s not doing anything beyond running straight at defenders to lose the ball.

And you’re expecting fight from the team and still including Rashford? Only fighting he’s doing is off the pitch and on twitter.

In terms of stats and metrics, Rashford was our best player.
He was one of the best defensively, was the biggest attacking threat and our most creative.

That's not to say he played well, but he was certainly the best from a poor bunch.

So Rashford will indeed start and fully deserves too.

You do know Liverpool's attacks usually come through their fullbacks, right? So you want to play the narrowest version of our team against that, with Fred shielding 2 players who should be shipped out?

I don't understand the takes on Rashford. He hasn't been great but you can see his game thus far. He is the least of our issues.

Sancho is the one I'd take off which is why I stacked the forwards that way. I know Garnacho isn't ideal but we weren't getting shit there anyway.

So you're saying you don't like my lineup. Ok in all seriousness I am not in awe of Liverpool like you are. We are catching them at a good time here.

As it pertains to the defense both Shaw and Dalot have been problems and I felt are priorities to replace. Up front replacing Sancho is important I think, he has had nothing.

Malacia came in and provided energetic defense, so I like him in there. Maguire is an appliance but has done some decent things thus far and I think he's going to get more time. Martinez I am very happy with. That last spot Wan feels like the best option to me.

I don’t call running straight and falling at defenders a game. Rashford has been trash for at least 18 months now even when being played in his favoured spot. Sancho has shown some glimpse of class when played on the left and I’ll rather take that over another game where Rashford walks about and does feck all.

Man... I can hear the commentary now.

Playing Heaton would idiotic. When was the last time he played a PL game?

Somehow you guys want to play a keeper, who's even more uncomfortable on the ball than DDG

I am not enamored with Rashford by any means. But this idea that Sancho is a revelation on the left is fantasy. Between the two Rashford at least has shown fight and a willingness to duel out on the edge.

Fight is one of the biggest elements this team has been missing in their slow start. Put the kid Garnacho in opposite Rashford and we might start seeing some damn movement up front. We're talking lesser choice of evils here.

Wan Bissaka is never in a million years starting against Liverpool. ETH does not like him at all.

Firmino and Jota weren’t on the bench for liverpools game on Monday.

I’m not sure they’ll be fit for this one? That would leave them pretty thin up top.

They don’t look amazing, and have quite a few injuries. Play the right team we can get a result.

    DDG
    Dalot Varane Bailly Malacia
    Martinez Fred
    Eriksen
    Sancho Martial Rashford

    can’t see this though!

We won’t start playing until we’re at least 2/3 goals down and then when we do start to actually play they’ll just walk through us and score another 3.

I'm still astounded that people have Maguire in the team.

Because he hasnt played badly in first two games, he is just an easy scapegoat for the clubs troubles at the moment because of his price tag and that he is the captain, a poor one at that might i add.

    de gea
    Dalot Varane Maguire Malacia

    MCT DVB
    Bruno

    Sancho Ronaldo Rashford

if it were left to me Dalot, Bruno, MCT and Rashford would be out for AWB Martinez Eriksen and Garnacho

He has played badly, maybe not as bad as his friends but still badly. He''s a liability.

That and its not only the last two games that I judge him on, its his last 12 months. He is terrified and out of his depth.
Should be on the bench with his mate Shaw.
