I have never turned it off before the final whistle but I cannot accept this hoofball. Not that it matters or anybody cares but I cannot support LVG if he wants to play like this.
Terrible football and loss: worst of both worlds

None of these teams are Swansea level, plus we almost always went on to win the league. These data are irrelevant and no comparison. If LvG brings us to win the league no one will even mind about the shameful Swansea losses. LvG didn't have a clue to handle Swansea. He admitted it in his post match interview
Pretty sure Swansea are better than West Ham

Currently or generally? In any event, West Ham just thrashed Liverpool 3-0 in the weekend do you know? Swansea is not even even an English team... lol. And when was Swansea being promoted to the PL anyway? Just a few years. Gary Monk > LvG

That game went pretty much exactly how most of us predicted.

Lots of possession, very little chances, sucker punched.
Plus, players looking nervous, non creative, nothing to show what United was made of... and making sure there is no fear factor any more... Last season all over again! Geez I dreaded weekends!

    Wow

Its early days still but this is a worrying result
First of all we were easily leapfrogged in the league by the team that beat us and predictably failed to take advantage of direct rivals failings by doing exactly the same ourselves - not exactly the best way to move up the table
Secondly and more importantly real lack of leadership from the bench - I wonder what LvGs halftime talk consists of? It doesn't seem to have much effect. No plan B because the system that is being drummed into the players doesn't permit one... it's plan A all the way ad infinitum. Our play is predictable, the subs are predictable and apart from the mysterious inclusion of Chicha even the bench was 100% same shizzle.
Now we're gonna get two days panic buying at over-inflated prices to snag some star who will predictably fail because he'll be bought to sell chewing gum in Afghanistan rather than play in the Prem.
And after that, an international break where Rooney will fill is boots against Andorra or some such...

    1. It's official: if we have Gary Monk without our budgets and players, we wouldn't have lost to Swansea three on a trot
    2. HT talk? Something along these lines: keep possession and remember my football philosophy.
    3. Plan B? You're joking mate. It's not written on the leather note pad he's carrying. Where is he supposed to know?
    4. As far as plan A goes, even the tea lady has it figured if she's working at OT long enough, it's attacking and winning; Keeping possession at leisure for the sake of it when we are 3 or 4-0 up.
Our current plan A though is to keep the fecking ball, whilst we are down or needing a goal or three! This plan A is to apply to every team whether they park a bus or attacking, physical or tactical.
    5. Panic buying? Yeah, agreed what you're saying. Who wants to join us now except for the £££££££££? There won't be players like RvP who desperately wanted to join us for trophy! Sigh

Why? Last time I checked they are Welsh. What's your problem?
Yeah, and that obviously means they're worse than West Ham

Swansea are a team that should be finishing just behind the top 6 (maybe even infant of Spurs if Kane doesn't have a good season), suggesting that West Ham is/were a better team is laughable anyway.

I was putting a lol after I mentioned Swansea is not even a English team, obviously it was tongue in cheek! You then had nothing to argue about and mock that part apparently knowing I was right in every aspect. Anyway, laugh what you will, but bear this in mind:
    west ham 3 Swansea 1 - Dec 2014
    West ham 2 Swansea 0 - Feb 2014

Now that Blind clearly is a defender for LvG, is it possible to change him to defender in the lineup predictions?

I did wonder the same. I asked @Niall about Valencia being moved into defence last season but I think it messes with the database or something. It would be nice if Valencia was in the defenders this season though considering he's a right back.

FYI Blind is now listed as a defender.
