What else would you put on your french fries? Or use on sandwiches instead of butter? Or eat out of the jar with a spoon?
well made fries don’t need sauce, but I guess vinegar or ketchup.

also, if your sandwich needs mayo you are sandwiching wrong.

Mayo is clearly superior to both, though vinegar is an acceptable alternative. Ketchup is for children who don't like the taste of food.

And by that logic, if your sandwich needs anything then you're sandwiching wrong and the only acceptable sandwich is bread with nothing. Lunacy!
Mustard & Worcestershire sauce for both.
They're acceptable, though inferior, alternatives for sandwiches, but fries? To each their own, I guess.

I think we will just have to agree to disagree and accept that while everyone is entitled to an opinion, and all opinions should be respected, you are wrong. :)

I agree to disagree, and also disagree with everything that came after.

Apparently this accident happened at one of those railway crossings where there were no warning lights to indicate an incoming train. Even so, one would expected the dump truck driver to be more aware of his surroundings.

Zoo, Church, shops, Cinema, all out of bounds, oh and of course schools.

It says something when a global pandemic is safer for children, then actually attending a physical school is....

Mayo on chips is disgusting. I don't mind a smear on some sandwiches but I generally avoid it as it is rather sickly.

Well the US continues to devolve fast.

The only unfortunate thing is rest of the Anglosphere seems to be slowly following.

You’ve posted this in at least 3 threads on here. What are you looking for?

Is it a horrific tragedy he is dead? Absolutely. Is policing in the US a dangerous, stressful and likely unappreciated job? I would assume it most definitely is.

If you think this is vindication for shootings like the one we discussed the past few days you are wrong. Walkers death was a horrific tragedy too. Loss of life is almost always tragic, and minimizing it through the lens of “good shoot”, and “brought it on himself” is dehumanizing. No one who is not an active threat deserves to be shot and killed, no matter what their past actions, even 30 seconds before, were.

Neither one of those men are going home and that is sad.

It’s relevant to all 3 threads, and it’s not a vindication for anything. It’s not minimizing their deaths, it’s differentiating between justified shootings and those that aren’t. The article posted in the cop thread failed to do that.
Not to derail this thread, I didn’t know what a draco gun was. I know it’s Detroit, but why the feck does a 19 year old have one.

Sorry if my post seemed at all callous, it was 2am and I was dealing with the combination of terrified GSD and a huge thunderstorm.

This would be a better fit for the gun control thread but I would go further and say why does any 19 yo not in the military need any gun. My thoughts on guns are not at all subtle and I would love to see LE be at the forefront of the calls for severe gun control. If you guys all came out, as a collective, with a “enough is enough” message I think it might actually move the needle.

I hate seeing stories of LEO’s being killed, just like I hate seeing stories of LEO’s killing in situations I think do not warrant such permanent results. The latter might be subjective, especially without the knowledge of all the facts, but my feeling is that any death is tragic and care should be taken before making that final decision to pull the trigger.

First by some fanatics, then by the state because it was no longer stable. It's far from Taliban blowing up ancient statues of Buddha or ISIS blowing up Palmyra, but it's not a great sign either.
Pfffftttt… says you! How many of those predicted the end of the world? White text
