TV rights deal to be announced today I think. 7, fox footy retain the rights. Still part of the current deal, as many as 12 Thursday night games could be on next season.
I have to admit I really like the Thursday night games since there's nothing on TV anyway.
Going from what I heard on Classified last night, yes I watch that show, Fox footy will still simulcast Channel 7 games barring the Grand Final. Channel 7 will still retain live and exclusive rights to the Grand Final. There'll be no night Grand Final as part of this deal.
