I watched Inter the entire season. He barely put a foot wrong.

what you’re watching is a comp from his Ajax days. He has improved manifold since. Far more reliable, far less erratic and far more tactical.
What if it starts to leak? Have you factored in parts and labour?

Winds me up no end that this club just flat out refuse to sell or are inept at selling players.

Too many players still in the squad that have outstayed their welcome. Surely selling Maguire, Martial and Mctominay is 100m right there? That leaves more than enough room for a ST and GK and potentially even another squad member in another position.

it’s just absolutely infuriating. I cannot bare going in to another season with martial hanging round like a bad stench and having to rely on him again when Rashford is out injured. Also what is the point in keeping Maguire? He’s literally 5th or 6th choice CB now behind our LB.

The same situation with Lingard a few years ago. He wanted West Ham, West Ham wanted him, we didn’t sell him and didn’t even play him that season.

it’s beyond laughable. You can add VDB and Sancho to that list of players to sell too. Surely that’s around 180m in funds raised? What the F are we doing??

Come on, it's the Mirror for one. These same journalists said last year that we also had only £100M to spend.
The Mirror always gets immediately discredited when it's good news too. But bad news. Oh no. That's gospel.

Is this a united tactic to get clubs to reduce prices, I'm not buying this.

Yeah, there's two universal truths.

1) The Mirror are as reliable as a carbon fibre submersible.
2) Feck the Glazers

Obviously we know nothing about any possible approach...but if Inter want to sell and United want to buy, then put it down on the books as a loan next season and buy him fully next year.

Simples...FFP is not this gold standard of rules that is impossible to get around.

The media were giving it about that FFP nonsense last Summer then we bought Casemiro and Anthony.

I hear that Spanish International David De Gea is available on a free. Could he do a job for us? Still only 32

Who do you think has been leaking the Onana price to Italian journo's?

Who do you think it leaking that United won't pay it and will go to Holland instead if Inter don't reduce their terms?

Calm down people.

I don’t think he’d be the one they tell

I think we’ll be out priced anyway, but I highly doubt that piece is sourced. Probably just predicting the obvious

Well he’s not going to say “oh, Onana, he’s a bit of a clown and like Barthez”.
Granted yes, but you also don't brim when speaking and go into depth about pressing either, he was excellent v City and didn't flap when they pressed him , he was also very confident playing out from the back.

L.OL?
The media have been all over the place with ffp. If true, Surely we can buy him and sell to cover ffp further down the window?
Utter, utter nonsense that won’t be acknowledged when we do sign him next week

They know United fans enjoy a reason to bash their own club so this kind of 'news' generates more clicks. Fact of the matter is, we've only got to sell one player and we're the right side of FFP again, so I don't get the drama unless it's United trying to force the price down.

 this post can't be serious.
It was serious, but not so much in response to the Mirror article, because they are also full of shit.

But it was serious in relation to the fact that Di Marzio is an absolute clown who is constantly wrong.

We can also buy him and not break even at the end of the year which will amount to nothing special beyond a fine. Unless I missed something and United are repeat offenders.

Hes tier one basically everywhere. What has he recently got wrong? Perhaps you can educate me.

He was reliable 10 years ago and has been living off that reputation ever since. Every transfer window he talks shit.

OK so you don't have any recent examples?

He plagiarized a story from sports parody news site, claiming that Bruno and Pogba gave each other serious injuries in training and could be out for the rest of the season. He's a clown.

Inter Milan fans on their forum seem to be gutted he’s leaving and calling him one of the best in the world.
