ANOTHER BELLAMY CRACKER
Craig Bellamy insists he will not quit playing for Wales despite the 2-0 defeat to Finland.
Wales all but saw their hopes of qualifying for the 2010 World Cup go up in smoke after a disappointing showing at the Millennium Stadium.
Manchester City striker Bellamy conceded in the aftermath of the game Wales had no chance of reaching South Africa and his outburst showed his frustration at another failure in a qualifying campaign.
Despite his disappointment at seeing Wales again fail to deliver, Bellamy is adamant that he will not walk out on his country.
"There are many great Wales players who have failed to qualify for a major finals. But I am not in that category, I'm far from great, I am a decent player but there are many better players than me who have been in this position with Wales and I feel for them. I will certainly not be in that bracket," said Bellamy.
"Who would have said a year ago that I would be about to get the biggest move of my career to Manchester City. I just have to get on with it and keep trying for my country, I'm not going to pack it in.
"The disappointment is always there and we are not going to do anything in this campaign, so I have to dust myself down and get on with it in the next one."
