Type of appointment that was made because of 'vibez' and not credentials.
Based on what? It’s a bit embarrassing that we even signed him and tells a lot about our staff recruitment
Never stops the caf experts to give their expert opinion on things they are clueless on.Seems a bit negative for negatives sake to slag the bloke off seeing as none of us actually saw him doing his day to day job.
Based on his lack of credentials and bang average managerial and coaching careerBased on what?
We all seen it on the pitch though. Our attacking play was awful. Not saying it’s solely down to him though.Seems a bit negative for negatives sake to slag the bloke off seeing as none of us actually saw him doing his day to day job.
People here were wanking 23 times a day seeing him high five Rashford at the end of the game where he headed the ball into goal. We have no idea of what the staff do and the limitations they're operating under. The same lot who slagged McKenna are the ones wanting him to manage United. Best not to comment based on our ignorance.Based on his lack of credentials and bang average managerial and coaching career
Yeah this. It's amazing to see people defend him because we don't sit at Carrington all day. He's achieved nothing as a coach and has been the striker coach for a team that finished -2 GD.Based on his lack of credentials and bang average managerial and coaching career
-1 GD. But it's good that he has been held accountable for that.Yeah this. It's amazing to see people defend him because we don't sit at Carrington all day. He's achieved nothing as a coach and has been the striker coach for a team that finished -2 GD.
A side that scored more goals than Artetas Arsenal that finished 8th from a shitty XG. If anything it's showing his coaching on chance conversion is strong.Yeah this. We've only got 1 first team striker and he did as well as could hve been reasonably expected-1 GD. But it's good that he has been held accountable for that.
Hard to argue with that! I find it a bit weird for a coach (not a manager) to be so out of shape though.A side that scored more goals than Artetas Arsenal that finished 8th from a shitty XG. If anything it's showing his coaching on chance conversion is strong.
Round is also a shape!Hard to argue with that! I find it a bit weird for a coach (not a manager) to be so out of shape though.

Conceding 200 goals will always lead to a bad goal difference. While it can't be conclusively proven that he was bad at his job our fecking embarrassing goal difference the past two seasons doesn't reflect well on him as a specialist attacking coach does it? Probably the right decision to get rid.
If INEOS didn’t want to renew his contract and let him go then what does this mean for ETH? He brought him in and it’s not fair to get rid of his back room team unless you’re getting rid of him. Are we gonna replace him with another attacking coach specialist?
You suggesting we hire him as our attacking coach? I’d be down for that
We'll always have that couple of months when Rashford could head the ball.
If he wants to stay he'll accept Ineos' judgement on which members of his backroom staff are good enough to be here. A couple of top coaches added to his team could help him turn things around. If INEOS didn’t want to renew his contract and let him go then what does this mean for ETH? I agree. Aslong as like you said they do actually bring in top coaches. You can always tell if the teams coached proper by the way they play on the pitch. If he wants to stay he'll accept Ineos' judgement on which members of his backroom staff are good enough to be here. A couple of top coaches added to his team could help him turn things around.
I'm genuinely curious as to what credentials you're talking for a "forwards coaching" role (which I think is the official role with us?)? I'm not even sure other big clubs have this role, and if they do/did (like defence coach, GK coach etc.), then what are the credentials of those individuals?Based on his lack of credentials and bang average managerial and coaching career
