Sounds like they've lost but the ruling on what needs to happen is of more interest
Told ya'll so days ago! Feeling pretty smug right now. Big moment coming up now on what they do about it.This is brutal listening if you're the government.
The unanimous aspect is incredible. I couldn't have expected that."Parliament has not been prorogued. This is the unanimous verdict of all 11 justices."
Lock him upHe's even more fecked than I thought.

In normal times you'd have to say yes.Got to resign?
Absolutely. Would be my prediction for what happens next. Resigns as a martyr, goes for a GE and a majority. If he doesn't, parliament are going to push back HARD now.Got to resign?
Can Parliament impeach?Absolutely. Would be my prediction for what happens next. Resigns as a martyr, goes for a GE and a majority. If he doesn't, parliament are going to push back HARD now.

Yes. That's primarily political though. There's also contempt of court, misuse of public office, and a few other offences if he tries to maneuvre another prorogation or similar. Can Parliament impeach?
Not a prayer after this.So what happens now? Can he just prorogue again next week?
Literally the opposite."Worst possible outcome for our democracy" according to a Tory MP on BBC - fecking idiots these lot
Idiots, but it is also very dangerous and inflammatory language."Worst possible outcome for our democracy" according to a Tory MP on BBC - fecking idiots these lot
