Wonder if it will be Wonder Boy Jenas on BBC later.
Probably, I still have no idea why they're trying to force him into everything so far. Surely a new poster boy should have at least an ounce of charisma.

did well in the office sweep today, drew Portugal and Belgium as my two picks. Happy with that
Lucky swine, I got North Macedonia in mine. The organiser mysteriously drew France.

He's BBC's version of Ashley Cole, but thankfully ITV do not have him commentating.

Enjoyed this game more than some of the more anticipated ones. Slovakia seem like the type of team that will counter attack their way to a couple of upsets.

Big 3 points. Lewy tactically suppressed and Poland couldn't muster anything of note for him. Very late half chance from a corner, but difficult to see and know where the ball is going to be when it's going over 4 or 5 players.

Terrific result for Slovakia and well deserved.

Poland just never turned up. Didn’t even know Lewandowski was on the pitch. Was so quiet but then again, he needs service which he never got.

He is a finisher who relies on service. Goal numbers are overrated.

Commentator saying Slovakia winning is the first real surprise but I was expecting them to win and really don't see Poland as anything much.

De Gea on the bench for Spain, Pau Torres starts though (not in goal obviously)

Spain midfield and attack so far away from what it once was. We'll see if Pedri can step up.

Morata in the line-up and Gerard Moreno on the bench... no words for this...
Also, I would like to see Llorente in the midfield as a box-to-box player, he is like a bull... I think he would be very good there, and Azpi in the right-back.

Has Sergio Ramos retire from international football?
No, he was injured for Real towards the end of the season so didn't get called up. Was a bit controversial if I remember as no real players got called up, including players like Carvajal and Nacho.

Which is what I said:
