South America's really been struggling. Omly Uruguay with a win so far, being a last minute winner. This would be Asia's 2nd win after Iran beat Morocco. Africa all losses, north america 1 win.
That's weird considering that South American teams had "winnable" games in day one while Asian teams are regarded as the worst teams of their group (Saudi Arabia, Iran, Australia, South Korea and Japan)

Deserved win for Japan. Happy for them, I honestly didn't see this happen.

Why’s that fella in the crowd allowed his bag in the stadium but we get caught up with pricks bringing theirs and arguing with the stewards at Old Trafford?

Great win for Japan, played very well and makes their group very interesting now. Colombia just didn't have energy in the second-half.

Big surprise which turns this group upside down. Japan were supposed to be underdogs.

That's Colombia's tournament over, I think. Ran themselves to the ground today and still lost.

Happy with that result. I feared Colombia knocking England out in the round of 16. Hopefully they don't make it through.

So do people think Poland top that group now? Could be the easiest run to a semi final ever finishing 2nd in our group.

Well done Japan. Players in tears. This is a remarkable achievement, despite Colombia shooting themselves in the foot with that early red card.

Looking forward to see Ismaïla Sarr play - the youngest player at the tournament who had a good season in France. Happy to see him start.

Wonder what will Sanchez feel with his red card...(Escobar case)
