Yeah I need two coins from somewhere and I've done the Weekly. Might be a case of doing a lot of Vanguard Tiger strikes / Iron Banner matches and hoping some engrams turn into coins.

i'm up for the weekly on 28 for the 6 i need but i'm a little under powered as only my rocket launcher is legendary.
I had precisely 17 coins so it was an easy choice for me.
Got an exotic helm engram which turned into a Hunter helm that gives an extra shot on Golden Gimp Gun (I always refer to it as this, from extensive PvP experience)...4 shots on that fecker. Nerf plx.

Nah, mission. I did it and I didn't get a coin, you only get one on your first go though, I just tried it.

That part in Venus where the Fallen and the Vex are battling out seems to drop a lot of blue engrams for me.

I would just spam vanguard tiger strikes. You usually get plenty of drops from those type of missions. I think generally the higher the level enemies the more seem to drop for me lately.
Yeah I thought it might be, I haven't tried it yet, but I seen a couple of guys doing it the other day whilst I was collecting Spinmetal around there and they hardly had any loot.
Strikes seem the way to go - Some jammy shit got 3 Legendary engrams yesterday during the level 8 Devil's Lair run just in the first section!
I've said it a couple of times recently but I'm getting around 12-15 engrams an hour doing Tiger Strikes. Then 2/3 from the Cryptarch for upgrading per hour(ish).
