Fantastic today. my MOTM

Responsible, had vision and was resolute throughout. Good signs from this enigma.

Had one difficult moment against the human/broccoli hybrid in the first half but mopped up everything else that came near him on the ground or in the air and passed it well, MOTM.

Guy is a specimen. So fast. Built but lean. Amazing cheek bones. He’s like a renaissance sculpture

Excellent performance. It's like one of those games he had when he joined. Can see a really good defender there, just erratic at times.... usually when he gets too comfortable/careless

Superb looks like the player we signed when he first started. Hope he can keep it up and stay fit.

For the first time he seemed composed and sure of himself and didn't look like he would self-combust. Well done to him and to Ole for playing him into some sort of form. We will need the bench strength in his position given the number of games coming up.

Played well today. Felt he’s composed and confident. He never lacks that frankly, if only he can stay fit!

In some games like today, he looks to have the best composure of any United defender since Rio.

It's a shame this never lasts long.

I'm not surprised, he had plenty of these performances in 2016/17 when he joined. Just needs to be fully fit with some match rhythm.

Bailly doesn’t have normal games. He is either prime Nesta or a championship defender. There is no in between with him

He was excellent and helped us maintain pressure by stepping out and actually contesting duels several times which is what is required when attempting to play high pressure football. Without him I feel Wolves would've been even more dangerous.

Without doubt the MOTM IMO..

He is the new Rafael - full of talent, a lovable character, injury prone and bat shit crazy.

He is the best passer and dribbler out of our back 5.

He's got the most ability of any of our defenders. Today was perfect for him, looking out for breaks and covering with his pace. Let's see if he can keep it up and be more reliable in different games because his team play is erratic, at best.

Reminiscent of his early 2016-17 form. If we can get that Bailly back it'll help us no end.

TBH Bailly was also good in 17-18. It's when the injuries started that season that he became a bit unreliable

He needs to stay fit because he’s a brilliant option for us, his pace at the back is vital

MOTM. If only he always played this well - or at least once in a blue moon. Bailly has obvious ability but zero consistency, which is why I prefer Lindelof as a starter (though ideally we'd get someone else).

Very assured performance and great to see him get a few games under his belt. We need as much competition as possible in all areas if we‘re going to really push on this season. Good stuff.

He has matured into a great player when he isn't injured. Sure he'll have a few lapses every now and then but play him alongside Maguire any day of the week ahead of Lindelof.

When he plays like this its so obvious how much athleticism he has over all our other centre backs.

Bailly’s six monthly reminder that he’s actually a pretty good centre half with lots going for him.

We know what’s coming next. Rinse and repeat.
That’s 3 quality games in a row now. So fecking annoying because you know this is true.
