At this point I would find that funny, as opposed to infuriating and embarassing.
If we end up getting Herrera and Fellaini, we'd have to whip out £55M in total.

Some press is linking Everton's eventual signing of Fernando (from Porto) to the release of Fellaini.
Any reliable sources confirming this? So far I've only seen Dailymail reporting it and some random twitters/forums saying "sky sports said" or "bbc said", which is different to them actually saying it. Couldn't find anything on the websites, perhaps they talked about it on TV?

Moyes know him quite well. I expect nothing but a bid when player will be ready for United challenge and this may happen sooner than expected.
I don't understand the need for a work permit though, Fernando has dual citizenship (he's been in Portugal for 6 years), and is eligible for the Portuguese National Team. It doesn't make sense.

All players need a work permit from abroad, but others sometimes get rejected.
Ah, I thought between the European Union any citizen is free to move and work in any other country. Is England not part of that deal?
