Not touching the ball was the best thing Vokes has done in the whole match.

Glad I chose to watch this game over the England shower. (It could obviously be the most exciting 0-0 ever but I turned it over for ten seconds to see if Rashford was on and turned back when I heard the wanky band).

Me too, mine was a sly reference to a train of thought in this place. Also impressed by Ramsey and Allen too.
I've never seen a more amateurish display from a Russian team. They're supposed to be cerebral and well coached. Anyone who's ever watched Bale play more than 30 minutes knows that the one thing you musn't ever do is give him space to run.
I think Allen has been better overall, but 3 goals in 3 games can't be discounted for sure.
He's been brilliant all round, worked hard too.

Yeah Welsh Xavi and Ramsey have been very good but i still give it to Bale because of the way he works for the team and inspires his teammates. Everything i wanted from Ronaldo, so i gave the nod to Bale.
