You call that 'interesting'?
That episode was even worse than the one before I think.

that was great, and the red boots too "all i ask is some respect"My bladder is as big as your betrayal
Yup. It was a good episode though. Barney was quite good in his brief moments. So what you're saying is I should catch the last episode if I have time, but not go out of my way or anything?
Yeah, Robin annoyed me a lot. Best episode in a long while otherwise. I actually laughed a few times!Does Robin's shout/scream really get on anyone else's nerves? When she screams 'Patrice!' I just want to throw my laptop at a wall.
She's a terrible, terrible character.Does Robin's shout/scream really get on anyone else's nerves? When she screams 'Patrice!' I just want to throw my laptop at a wall.
Yep, and it wasn't just the Barney thing (which was brilliant), but Ted's bit on top of it. You get the sense he still feels something for Robin, and he's pushed her into Barney's arms. You've also got Marshall and Lily, and despite opening a new Manhattan skyscraper, he's still clearly unhappy. That ending was brilliant.
She went from being one of the best to worst.So... I watched the double parter based on what was said in this thread... and I thought it was pretty bad overall. Barney made me chuckle maybe once or twice... but that's about it. Then again, this isn't a comedy anymore... it's a drama, and not a very good one either. It might have been ruined by the fact that I didn't see any of the episodes that led up to this... so I guessed that the engagement would be for Robin, but then maybe it was obvious because we all know they get married at the end of the series? Anyone?
Also, Robin has to be one of the worst characters on television. Just awful.

Love the programme, despite it's dip in quality over the last two years.
Agreed. Barney carries this single-handily.The only good thing about those last two episodes was the last minute or so where Barney was being cool as feck. It needs to end so I can stop watching it.
What are you on about that? That's whats wrong with this show, things like that aren't funny. It's no longer a good sitcom and it's never been a good drama.Yep, and it wasn't just the Barney thing (which was brilliant), but Ted's bit on top of it. Yes, you're doing a great job of standing out so farThis thread is quite useful in identifying the idiots on here.
Indeed. This thread is quite useful in identifying the idiots on here.
I gave up on this show in season 3. Not funny in the least and terribly repetitive. Cobie Smulders is quite hot though.
Worst show I've had the misfortune of watching. Closely followed by the 10 minutes of Grey's Anatomy I was forced to watch which raised hitherto dormant feelings of rage and violence.
Pathetic show. Absolutely pathetic. I find it impossible to believe someone actually sanctions this crap.
