I just saw that! There's a little bit of it here:

What an absolute idiot!

Fiorentina were far the better team I thought, they weren't clever enough in keeping possession in stoppage time though

Always bottling good results. They should have at least got a draw vs Inter but missed an important penalty… Yeaterday they also missed a penalty that could have taken them 3-1 up and instead ended up dropping 2 vital
points.

All projections say Italy will secure the extra spot in the CL. And as it stands, 3 clubs (Bologna, Roma & Atalanta) are battling it out for the remaining 2 spots. Napoli still got an outsider’s chance. Fiorentina probably blew up their last hopes last night.

So who are the players who are keeping Bologna in the top 4? Anyone interesting in that team?

I've only really heard of Lewis Ferguson and Saelemaekers

Joshua Zirkzee, is their star. He'll probably join either a Serie A top club for €40m (AC Milan and Inter are monitoring him) or some EPL team for £60m.
Then Lewis Ferguson, as you mentioned, and Calafiori who looks like a solid CB and might end up to Juventus or Napoli in the summer. His valuation should be similar to former Genoa CB Dragusin (sold for €25m to Tottenham)

Interesting, thanks mate. I'll make sure to watch them and have a look at Zirkzee soon. Would love to see them in the Champions League

Watched the first 30mins of Juventus and Genoa. What an awful pile of shite.

Djed Spence plays for Genoa now, who knew.

How on earth do you get top 3 playing like this Juventus side do?
Terrific defence and an outlier of a year scoring off set pieces

Tbf, they are the second best team in the league by advanced metrics, too. So, even playing ugly football, they've generally done it well enough to deservedly win games

Napoli must be regretting not keeping Spalleti. 8th in the league. Fallen off badly compared to Last season. Kva and Osimhen are Definitely off in the summer

Wasn't it him who chose to leave on a sabbatical?

More like he got fed up with De Laurentiis and decided to quit early into that season, and because he still had years left and DeLa being DeLa, they spun it as a sabbatical. Notice it took him like 3 months to get a new job?

I read he wanted money to push the team on. But De Laurentiis is a stubborn guy. But if you have a coach like Spalletti you do what you have to to keep him around. Brilliant manager him and Gasperini definitely break the stereotypes that all Italain coaches get labbled with being ultra defensive “Catenaccio“ tactical style. But even with the manager change and losing Kim min Jae. 1st to 8th is a big drop.

Initially I figured he just got bored of the sabbatical and was lured by an easier ride in international management, but that makes more sense. De Laurentiis is a well known nutter.

Absolutely, great coach. I've always been of the belief that his Roma side with Totti nominally up top was SAF & Queiroz's main inspiration for our last CL winning side. The fact that he's still doing the business almost two decades on from that is quite something.

Osimhen definitely is. Wouldn't be too sure about Kvaratskhelia

I only turned on Udinese Roma when Ndika was being carried down the tunnel, anyone see what happened him? Must have been serious if they finished the game early

Not clear yet, De Rossi was informed he was in a bad way and got the game stopped. Really worrying stuff :(

Player is conscious, taken to the hospital

Still a small chance Juventus could end up 6th....dismal first half showing in Sardinia.

With Chiesa not the same after his ACL there's very little to be excited about in the final third. They've scored one goal in last 4 league games going into tonight.

Vlahovic is getting all his goals ruled out (mostly because other players involved are offside)

Dunno what was more shocking about that goal for Juve, the two steps too late dive from Chiesa to win the free kick or the jumping duck from the lad on the end of the wall.

Arsenal had a long standing interest in him. Could see them offering Gabriel Jesus to a few Serie A clubs so might be a deal there perhaps?

Unlikely. His contract is absurd, he's good but nowhere near that good. Don't think he'd take a pay cut and arsenal won't break their wage structure for him. He's gonna be earning = ~20M pounds a year starting next season

What’s this ref doing in the Roma game  he’s pushing Bologna players around.

The Bologna & Roma players had a scrap after Bologna's first goal, so the ref's just making sure that they don't go too far before he starts to brandish out the cards.

Diving is so ingrained in these players that they even dive when a ref touches them.

He looked a bit rough to me. Man handling players. Bologna players was dropping like flies though.
