So if a keeper comes out to punch a ball and collides with a striker on the followthough, is that a penalty?
I imagine the rationale is that with the player coming in with a high boot it's dangerous play with the oncoming defender (VV) left to either get stuck in or hold upI still don't get that decision. Ibra pokes it in and while his foot is high he clearly gets to the ball first. Reminds of the Nani decision. The player has eyes for the ball. You can't rule that a foul IMO.
Why is Valdes being such a cheating douche bag???Hope something happens to Valdes as well, give him a ban, cheating cnut.
It's WAS a bad decision and Valdes is a cheat. It think it was the wrong decision after seeing replays, but I can see why it was disallowed.
Doesnt matter the goal would get disallowed for mata using his left footWe'd maybe have a better chance of scoring if we had Mata instead of Fellaini
Wow man calm down, United simply needs to score by trying more so that no one can deny us a goal and the 3 pts. The decision was very poor, but we complain about such decisions after the game, not during.WHY WAS ZLATAN'S GOAL DISALLOWED?
What was the basis? What was the logic? What rules of the game did he break?
It was NOT dangerous play. It did NO damage at all. Seriously, what Zlatan did was just his skills - who else can do stuff like that???? Why are they discriminating against Zlatan for being technically superior?
It is seriously just ridiculous refereeing, the refs are biased, they are corrupt. There is nothing we can do. We score legitimately and they just won't allow us to benefit. Are the refs being handed brown paper bags by mysterious Russian/Arab operatives in sunglasses and dark suits? Someone should seriously follow the refs and see what they get up to after the games.
What do UTD have to do for the ball to go in?????

Zlatan is more accurate with his bootShouldn't have been disallowed but why not just head the ball in!?
Hold up. Problem solved. It wasn't a 50 50. Valdez was late to the party.I imagine the rationale is that with the player coming in with a high boot it's dangerous play with the oncoming defender (VV) left to either get stuck in or hold up
Easier to direct the ball with your foot. Have you seen the two misses Fellaini has had with his head already.Shouldn't have been disallowed but why not just head the ball in!?
what? That doesn't sound like someone against crowd violence at all, specially for such a little thingI'm against crowd violence in general but that seriously deserved forty seats being ripped up. It was a brilliant athletic finish.
Because there's nothing wrong with going for the ball with your foot at that height when the goalkeeper is nowhere near you.Shouldn't have been disallowed but why not just head the ball in!?
Ehm and why make it harder?!Shouldn't have been disallowed but why not just head the ball in!?
Maybe but Mourinho's reaction is the same in every single replay."Jose Mourinho can't stop reenacting it"
No you feckwits you're just showing the same replay over and over.
That horrible decision DIRECTLY cost us the lead and it is possible that it was have a direct and consequential influence on the outcome! If we go 1-0 up there, it totally changes the complexion of the game as Boro will be forced to chase an equaliser leaving them even more vulnerable!Wow man calm down, United simply needs to score by trying more so that no one can deny us a goal and the 3 pts. Because he wants his team to win.Why is Valdes being such a cheating douche bag???
He was our player too, is he trying to take revenge on us for not giving him the starting GK spot??
What?Imo it was the wrong decision, but a case could be made for dangerous play, it's not about if he hit him or not but going in with the foot so high.
It's almost every weekend now with us being done by incompetent refereeing. Its been fine, ref fecking us again. We should be fine in the second if we keep it up

genuinely laughedMaybe but Mourinho's reaction is the same in every single replay.
Listen to George Boetang spout dull teacher's pet shite. It was like listening to Victor Valdes talking about it. And he has an expression like he's just got out of bed.Sky Sport HT Analysis
Not cowardice because what is there to be afraid of, after all we're at home. It was plain incompetence though. What?
It was a 50/50 challenge and Ibra had every right to go for it. If you watch the replay carefully you will see Ibra lower his leg in order to avoid contact with Valdes thus nullifying any potential threat posed. It was not dangerous play in any way shape or form.
The decision to disallow it was born out of pure incompetence based entirely on cowardice.
BBC are already preparing themselves for an embarrrsing panto debate on it. Your point is correct except it wasn't even a 50-50. Ibrahimvich is getting there 70-30 and his foot actually hits Valdes foot when they eventually make contact. What?

He'll walk off with his escorting stewards and that will be the end of it. The manager and players can't mention it and he won't be asked to explain it either.Mason better hope we win this match because if we dont, hes going to get it rough at the end.
