Are Betis that weak though? And our second team are pretty averageThe redemption argument doesn't even hold. We are playing against a weak betis side of course they should win. So should our second team

Me too, then I would look up and see the snow and think Feck this its freezing, Im going up the roadIf I was a player that played in the 7-0 pumping, I’d be ridiculously fired up for tonight. I’d have a kind of ‘THIS is what I can do’ attitude and would absolutely go for it. I’d want the fans on side. I’d want to pump Betis.
Umm of course they should win against a 50year old betis teamWhen we win I am going to take great pleasure in tell all those that moaned at the same team playing, to go feck themselves
SeriouslySurprised they're playing this.

I am, but he can’t be immune to criticism like some seem to pretend. Starting the same XI is baffling to me, but it’s just my opinion.Ir's clear you're a fan of EtH

OkThey are playing a 40 year old joaquin they are weak
I can't seem to recall what I did on Sunday... It's just blank. Pretty creepy feeling, but I'm sure it's all for the best. What’s this last Sunday thing you’re all referencing? Did we play on Sunday? I must have missed it, I went out for a very long walk with my dog and had a lovely day, didn’t everyone else do something nice due to us not playing?
Danger DangerSurprised they're playing this.

I know that but some on here dont, some on here are really annoying TBH.Umm of course they should win against a 50year old betis team
Ahh, love the optimism buddy! This game as all the recipe of falling off the cliff spectacularly with a bonus of Casemiro getting a yellow then missing the return leg in Spain.
he didn't kick beckham either, the boot didSir Alex didn't kick Rashford though.
yeah. we shouldn’t be losing to a team that includes a starter that still remembers rationing. They are playing a 40 year old joaquin they are weak
So if we were to win this convincingly, it would still be the wrong decision on principle?Anyone defending the same eleven is blindly in love with ETH, no two ways about it.
Even if you make a point about having the same XI redeeming themselves(even though I am not sure how beating Betis would redeem 7-0 against Liverpool?), it's still the same players who have played ridiculous amount of games and some of them need a fecking rest. His managing of the squad should be questionable at this point, because players don't feel fresh, and yet he is insisting on same eleven.
And if Weghorst starts as number ten, there is absolutely no way to defend the selection. In that case people would basically agree that he is better player than Sancho.
Edit: just for bit of comparision, this is how SAF did it:

5 changes, and few of players that started the game disappear for few weeks/months.
It's a typical match condition in July in NorwaySurprised they're playing this.

Have to wonder what the players who weren't selected are thinking. Their positional competitors put on a historically terrible performance and turned the club into a global laughing stock by losing seven nil to the arch-rivals in a show of utter abject incompetence, and it didn't affect their position in the team. If I was someone benched today, I'd hand in a transfer request on the spot. Seriously.Don't mind him picking the same team. It's up to the players to put Sunday behind them tonight and prove their mentality. Good players will do that, if they can't it tells ETH a lot.
In long term, probably. So if we were to win this convincingly, it would still be the wrong decision on principle?
Then we better get a 5-0 win so that the return leg is not a problemPut your mortgage on Casemiro being booked today.
He has never seen snow beforeOh look, Bruno bitching moaning before the game even started!!
