Hope that performance will convince Van Gaal to maybe hang on to Fellaini . And we go with what we got.

But really, can't really see the reason behind the fellaini hate....definitely not footballing reasons else we should have killed djemba djemba or Gibson in the past. That said, I will keep him till January and pair him with Herrera in one game...

It wasnt especially good but it wasnt shit as you put it out to be. It's a preseason game and wouldnt make much of it.
It was shit. We were at home struggelig and valencia almost got a win and we were lucky to score. If we going to do this in PL we are not moving away from 7th.

It wasn't a great performance but not bad either. United was in control most of the game. It certainly lacked in attack and Fletcher, not sure what to think about him. It all seems so rusty.

It's a shame the machine didn't fully accelerate. Better today a poor game than saturday I'd say.

Seriously, if you were at the game and you booed Fellaini/any United player, just feck off and don't come back. We would rip it out of other teams' fans for doing the same. van Gaal will decide what to do with him, until informed otherwise he's a United player and should be treated as such.
I totally agree. A lot of loud fools in OT tonight.

Well what do you think a team like chelsea or city would do to us now in this state. They would run us over with a buss.
Go support them then.

Its a preseason and you're here crying how city and chelsea would destroy us...

Season hasnt even started, we have LVG on the bench now but you're making it if we are done for the year..

dissapointed in the crowd... fellaini took back control of the game when we were losing the midfield

cleverley was god awful, james looks good but i think he should go on loan...not quite ready in my opinion. herrera is such a talented player...glad hes on ourside. defenders looked immense today. rooney had an off day but so it is ... chicharito doesnt look suitable for this system... we are missing welbeck . fletcher is class.

Van Gaal " Our worst game this preason, bad passes, bad decision making, but in the end we fought for the win'. Brilliant

Of all the young defenders including Keane, James, etc Blackett is the only one who looks like he could have a future at United.
Completely disagree with posts like this.

The difference between them at the moment is that based on pre-season Blackett looks ready to get consistent game time in the first team, while the others aren't quite at that level yet. With a bit more composure and consistency, the others would look just as good as Blackett. The ideal would be for Blackett to get a lot of playing time (similar to Januzaj last season) and for the others to train with the first team (and LVG) and get some first team minutes under their belts.

This time next year, there's a chance they could be ready as well. Writing them off right now is premature to say the least.

To be fair, Valencia was one of our toughest preseason opponents. They made life much harder for us than Real Madrid for example (even though in terms of quality of roster, there's no doubt it should be the other way around). It also seemed as if we were conserving energy whereas Valencia could play balls to the wall since their season starts a little later.

Fellaini was an excellent player at Everton and hasn't become a bad one in one season. Get off his back

Look mate, you're going to have to be more clear. Not sure what you're on about.
