You're right - that's odd.
To be clear, it doesn't work if you click the conversation icon on the top of the page and go from there. However, if you click on an individual member's name and choose "start a conversation" - it works fine.

You have to pick a player that meets the criteria in combination with the pick that passed (i.e. other side in 3+ goal reversal)

If X (your successful pick) has featured in multiple 3 goal reversal ties, you can pick a player (who was on the pitch against X's team) from another tie.
