Got any quotes ?Ole really slamming the players in the post match press conference. Not individually, but very clear that some don't have the desire, effort or fitness to stay at the club.

Only way to make your words count is to get rid of them in the summer otherwise, its the same thing jose did.Ole really slamming the players in the post match press conference. Not individually, but very clear that some don't have the desire, effort or fitness to stay at the club.
Sustainability. Even Klopp and pep saw that in their first seasons. And that was with a full preseason.Almost 6 months.....
We were doing it at the beginning of Ole's reign. What has changed since then?
Klopp had no preseason.Sustainability. Even Klopp and pep saw that in their first seasons. And that was with a full preseason.
The current culture at the club will rub off on them in the worst possible way. They will get used to underachievement, to being second best to any half-decent team. Their footballing education will be steeped in mediocrity.Tweet

Yep.If we want to change the mentality of the club that change has to happen now and ,importantly,in our next match. The current culture at the club will rub off on them in the worst possible way. They will get used to underachievement, to being second best to any half-decent team. Their footballing education will be steeped in mediocrity.
"I'm going to be successful here. There are players here who won't be part of that success."
They'll then be asking for new 150,000 a week contracts while copyrighting their personal brand names. The current culture at the club will rub off on them in the worst possible way. They will get used to underachievement, to being second best to any half-decent team. Their footballing education will be steeped in mediocrity.
That is a proper quote."I'm going to be successful here. There are players here who won't be part of that success."
You tell 'em.
As long as he realises there are some English players who should be going, not just shipping out for foreign ones. Rashford needs a reassessment as he is nowhere near good enough yet and needs telling that he still has a lot of work to do. Young, Lingard, Jones should be out. That is a proper quote.
I genuinely believe he can and will be ruthless.
I just doubt the backing he will get from above. Realistically, id get rid of atleast 10 from the squad and bring in 6 and promote from youth.
That will not happen. He said it himself. It needs to though. Fast.
Like Ballotelli before him Pogba believes he is gods gift to football and deserves to be praised and feted no matter what; yes hes talented, yes he has fabulous ability which can turn a game around, yes he could become truly great, but sadly I think he'll end up like Ballotelli, and even more sad, he doesn't seem to care. The way things are with him when we do get shot of him we'll take a loss, but he has to go.Manchester United are one of the biggest football teams on the planet and you think this jerk is "wasting his time here" . No matter where he is Pogba will be a malign influence on a club and the players . He never will and probably isn't capable of putting in the level of effort and concentration that the really top players have and put in year after year .Players like Ronaldo Messi do it . Hopefully Madrid are desperate enough to buy him
I agree. Id keep Rashford and give him another season. Its unpopular but id keep Lingard. Squad player only though. I think in a team performing well, he can perform when needed. He isnt someone who is going to change a performance but he can feed off other players well.As long as he realises there are some English players who should be going, not just shipping out for foreign ones. Rashford needs a reassessment as he is nowhere near good enough yet and needs telling that he still has a lot of work to do. Young, Lingard, Jones should be out.
So now we should get inspired by what citeh, it’s become a jokeTweet

I thought Pogba played a good game when he had the ball as he showed desire, skill and creativity. Like all the other players, though, he couldn't be arsed without the ball.Like Ballotelli before him Pogba believes he is gods gift to football and deserves to be praised and feted no matter what; yes hes talented, yes he has fabulous ability which can turn a game around, yes he could become truly great, but sadly I think he'll end up like Ballotelli, and even more sad, he doesn't seem to care. Young is shit every game FFS. You gotta give another player a chanceI've been really critical of Pogba but at least he made a few decent passes. Best of an exceptionally bad group of players.
Btw so much for the 'Dalot should be starting ahead of Young' argument
This thing about players fitness puzzles me; theyre professional athletes, its their job to be fit and stay fit, they have all week to train, get fit etc, so why aren't they fit? Today most of our players looked as if theyd just finished back to back marathons, Ive seen fitter looking corpses! What about the theory that Ole's punishing but necessary fitness regiment has maybe been implemented too soon?
Exactly, when hes not the centre of attention, doing tricks with the ball, making long passes etc hes not interested; football is about more than looking god on the ball, you have to work too.I thought Pogba played a good game when he had the ball as he showed desire, skill and creativity. Like all the other players, though, he couldn't be arsed without the ball.
Yep, but doesnt help that we have no other full backs to come in and replace him. Dalot just isn't ready, that was as bad as anything Young has done. Damian and Rojo offer no attacking threat. Young is the only real option and that is REALLY depressing considering his form. This is on our poor squad planning/transfer windows.Y
Young is shit every game FFS. You gotta give another player a chance
He doesn't tend to blame individuals at all. Instead a collective, ie. the board or the players. But as I say he has defended a lot of the new contracts we've given to the likes of Lingard over the years. Yet it's pretty clear that a huge part of why we're where we are is the business decisions on the playing side, we have one of the highest wage bills in world football, and for what exactly? Our squad is so far behind the best it's frightening, because we are overpaying so much mediocre dross. It's also why we hardly ever get good fees for our players, because they're all on such high wages that we practically have to give them away to find a buyer.I think he is always so quick to side with managers because of the train wreck that happened with him and Valencia so he doesn’t want to dish out what people were giving to him
