Rooney getting subbed was a major positive.

We should have won that though, suffocated them in the second half but our play in the final third was poor.

Players seemed liked they thought we were winning near the end

Thought we looked better in the 2nd half, and we actually created some opportunities when Rooney came off.

Schweinsteiger and Smalling MoM for me, Schweini just to edge it, wanted to get the ball forward and go forward

Meh game. Smalling a beast. Why the heck is the ref blowing with 15 seconds left?!

Same old. No movement, so have to pass sideways. Problem is, they aren't moving because they expect a sideways past. so bit of a cycle.

Horrible to watch. They were shite as well. They'll get smashed in their coming run in. Attack is an absolute mess but no surprise there.

Same old. Great at keeping the ball without creating much. Might have nicked this on another day if not for the shit goal we gave away from our own corner. 3 or 4 at the back doesn't really make much difference to the way we play for me.

We were a lot better than they were, though Mata and Darmian were awful, Ashley Young not a lot better.

Liked the look of Martial and Memphis up front together.

Awful. We don't look like we care to press and attack in the first through the last minute. I would take a handful of the LC players over ours any day. We look afraid, lack passion and are slow and lethargic.

It's very concerning when Smalling is more often than not your best player.

Can someone explain to me how the ref stops the game with us attacking and the time at 1.45 mins of the MINIMUM of 2 mins of stoppage time?

Decent result given the start.

Poor result in general.

Nice to Rooney get subbed early though.

It is a testament to the shiteness of the league when a team that can't score goals is one point off the top after 14 games.

Me too. Shocking to watch. They don't set my pulse racing anymore. Sick of this "style". At least LVG had the decency to put Rooney out of his misery. Darmian was particularly poor too along with Carrick.

Interesting these 'same old' and 'Leicester are shite comments' the exact same thing we heard when we made City look ordinary too.

Only time will tell with Leicester, but if they do keep up how they've started the season a 1-1 draw away to them won't be a bad result.
