Look at Shaqiri at Liverpool, looks a world beater. Mourinho's way of playing and Sanchez himself are both to be blamed as far as I can see. Literally a hungry little nippy player like Anthony Knockaert would shit all over this Sanchez that we're seeing, its just beggars belief it really is.It's one of our top 3 issues at the moment for sure.
How has a guy who was top 5 In the Premier league not that long ago, come in and not even slightly lifted the team's performance.
Is it him? Is it our setup? Probably a good mix of the two.
It felt like one of those too good to be true deals bringing him in, like Van Persie.
Hasn't come close to backing that up.
Don't agree and you're being incredibly harsh on Fred.Mate they’re fecking shite. I’m sorry but they are. Compared to other sides who we should be competing with our MF falls spectacularly short of the level it needs to be at. And I don’t mean just today where for once Fred managed to not be completely useless. In general, is just not good enough really. What are our midfield actually good at?
Pass and move? No
Pressing and winning the ball back? No
Being solid? No
Being a goal threat ? No
You don't buy a player who's slowing down with age and last really shined as a striker for Arsenal (and in preseason with us), and play him on the wing expecting him to tear up and down beating defenders. He doesn't have the pace anymore and so he tries lots of early balls into the box which are low percentage balls anyway. It's one of our top 3 issues at the moment for sure.

Couldn't believe he took Fred off. He was playing well, build his confidence. We could have done with Dalot today. Valencia was so low keyed. Yes Dalot will make mistakes, but he offers us something different, and honestly, if we're not going to do well this season, I'd rather we bed him in properly. Val can be the back up, it's time now for him to take a back seat imho.
I also noticed that Lingard and Lukaku were more involved in the game once Sanchez went off. That Fred sub killed us I think.
I know Fellaini was ok today, but the reason I wanted him gone was so Jose wouldn't resort to using him in the lump the ball scenario. If he wasn't there, maybe Jose would be forced to come up with a better Plan B.
Dried up would imply that they were there in the first place. They wasn't. It's just a continuation of that. We don't create nowhere near enough chances. Why have the goals dried up this season?
Yes, I'm not one for kneejerk reactions but looking at it objectively we're not going to sufficiently improve while three fine teams all fall away. If anything we're not going to match them from here so the gap will be wider still come May.The sad truth.
It's all out for 4th this season, and hope for better in the cups.
7 points off (probably) 3 teams come tomorrow, after a mere 6 games? Dropping 7 points, having not played any of the likely top 3, or faced a difficult team away? Pretty worrying.
People forget about that because regression hit and we ended up with 68...People seem to forget that. We had about 7 or 8 4 goal romps pre Christmas.
Those were misleading results though. Yeah they looked comfortable on paper, but they were poor performances, looking clueless, but then we'd score reasonably late then rattle a few in. They were truly frustrating performances, much like the majority of games under Jose.People seem to forget that. We had about 7 or 8 4 goal romps pre Christmas.
Yeah every game it's always one of the players' fault. Wonder what we pay and employ Mouirnho and his staff for.Does it always have to be one person or factor's fault?
It wasn't Jose's fault that Lukaku looked like a Championship player today. Or that Valencia didn't play well.
Jose needs to take blame, yes. But it's not all on him.
Well that's me feeling better. Give it a rest.It could have been worse. You lot could have supported murdering unemployed fecking scum or even city. We will support you evermore MUFC
Someone's triggered.Go support Liverpool you fecking cretins. They have won feckall in the past 5 seasons you fecking bellends
Bit like us then really. They might not win anything again, but they look more likely than us. Maybe we should just play away from home.Go support Liverpool you fecking cretins. They have won feckall in the past 5 seasons you fecking bellends
He probably jinxed it now too.Someone's triggered.
Boy, that escalated quickly! It could have been worse. You lot could have supported murdering unemployed fecking scum or even city. We will support you evermore MUFC
It's very worrying, that this is the result of 2 years of Jose work.Yes, I'm not one for kneejerk reactions but looking at it objectively we're not going to sufficiently improve while three fine teams all fall away. How cute.Go support Liverpool you fecking cretins. They have won feckall in the past 5 seasons you fecking bellends
That is why Ed should have backed Jose on who he needs the past couple of windows. If Ed wants to do it slowly, then we as fans will have to be patient. It's very worrying, that this is the result of 2 years of Jose work.
How long is this project going to take, as you could very easily say we still need 4-5 starters.
Enjoy a quick 10mins more posting pal.It could have been worse. You lot could have supported murdering unemployed fecking scum or even city. We will support you evermore MUFC
I'm not sure they bossed us. They had 2 good chances so wouldn't call it bossing. Doesn't matter though, swings and roundabouts or whatever. My head hurts.Thank Feck for DDG. He kept us in that match. 2 or 3 good saves from Dave helped it be as good as it was, which wasn't very good.
Wolves look like a good mid table team and they bossed us at Old Trafford. God help us.
I don't think it was the wrong decision to change it up. We were going nowhere with our passing in the first half. Most of the passes were between Fellaini, Smalling and Lindelöf. All three are so slow and so imaginative with their passing that something needed to change to speed up our play. We were too pedestrian in the first half. The change actually helped us up the pace and tempo of the game. We looked good in the first 10-15 minutes until the Wolves goal.Mourinho’s midfield rotation after halftime changed the outcome of this game.
His eager to get that second goal cost us their equaliser. Don’t get why he would change Fellaini’s position from protecting the back four to play more forward - leaving Fred to cover that lower space instead.
I thought the first half display from our midfield trio looked good and very promising. Fellaini looked better than Matic - keeping it nice and easy. Letting Fred and Pogba to do what they do best.
Mourinho should’ve put more time and faith in that midfield and instead substitute one, or two, of the front three players if he wanted a second goal early.
Lukaku, Sanchez, Lingard and Lindelöf wasn’t at their best today. Valencia was ok but we need so much more from our right back. Shaw was very good, but I still want him to put another gear in the attack.
Overall, I’m not that disappointed over our play. Just the result and the lack of attacking ability from our forward players that is frustrating.
They didn't in any way boss us. That's just your United supporter side thinking whoa they had the ball more than these sorts of teams should.Thank Feck for DDG. He kept us in that match. 2 or 3 good saves from Dave helped it be as good as it was, which wasn't very good.
Wolves look like a good mid table team and they bossed us at Old Trafford. God help us.
That just wasn't true of this game. Our attack today was so poor it's unbelievable. Lukaku can't pass a ball to a team mate, Sanchez can't stop losing the ball every time he touches it, Lingard couldn't find the spaces he generally gets into.
With those kind of sub par performances, no wonder we are dropping such cheap points. So frustrating. Especially after we had the first goal and the onus was on Wolves to find an equalizer.
The hilarious irony, is this guy is on another thread in August giving it loads of "oh no one should sing about tragedies etc", then he's shown his true colours.Boy, that escalated quickly!
Well, obviously not for us thoughLook at Shaqiri at Liverpool, looks a world beater. Mourinho's way of playing and Sanchez himself are both to be blamed as far as I can see. They had the better chances. DDG was probably our MoM. Apart from Fred's Freekick I can't remember that many times that their GK kept us out. They are at best a decent mid table team. They didn't in any way boss us. That's just your United supporter side thinking whoa they had the ball more than these sorts of teams should.
Even their fans wouldn't say they bossed us, it was equal, with us having a bit more possession if not chances.
I can see why City were not willing to pay those sort of wages for him. We should be getting a lot more from him and you cannot blame the manager for it all. That just wasn't true of this game.
De Gea and Pogba are the two standouts by a mile. Can’t even call myself upset. Mildly purturbed. Why? Because we are at our level, fighting to get into top 4. Any bigger aspirations than that is simply not realistic.
Lukaku is not the answer.
Valencia is sadly well past it and sooner Dalot can take over, the better.
Sanchez needs to be benched.
I see they deleted his post now.Boy, that escalated quickly!
