Remember chat about qualifying criteria but can't remember outcome - was there a minimum number of qualifying appearances needed or not @Indnyc ?
No minimum number.. As long as they have played in the 20 year period within the UK
Ok. Spent a couple of hours scribbling a new list, will wing it.
I'm fine.....but I'd recommend having at least a 25 game (just wiki or equivalent) limit.
We defined peak as the time the player played in the league.. So if player X has played just 10 games then you have to judge him on those 10 games only.. Eliminates the need to have a minimum game requirement

Because we have abundant CMs in this draft and despite Robson's stature, positionally Dalglish was a good #1 pick. More surprised that Rush went ahead of Robson tbh!

Ultimately it came down to last draft I built around a CM and didn't want a CM as my first pick. I wanted a forward.
Finally those Liverpool legends will get some recognition. Frankly they are ridiculously underrated here. Not sure that I'm looking forward to it though

In the last draft i had all of the first 3 picks here
This will be a 4-4-2 draft and getting two top strikers let's you compromise on many other positions without it affecting votes. Like in the case of many real world 4-4-2's. I might have gone for two strikers as pick 1 and 2 if the right players were available.
Why are players like Dalglish underrated? Is it purely because of the Liverpool connection or there are better players than him in an all time context?Finally those Liverpool legends will get some recognition. Both. In an all time a MvB-Gullit beats anything UK leagues can throw up. And very few managers build 4-4-2 in drafts.

Exactly why I wanted to pick at the end of the draft, I think the pattern is just going to mean some of the players I initially targeted get taken at the bottom of the rounds
I reckon its because nobody here will bother to watch old Liverpool games nor do a proper research about those players so they are either forgotten or underrated as feck.

European performances are counted. Any official performance for the club during that time period is counted
