City will win it easily, Liverpool is pretty mediocre this season, and lacking a CB and a DM. Arsenal is also not that great.

If you want to know the definition of karma - check what Gabriel is doing to Reid before Fulhams second goal

So many people pissing themselves about Liverpool winning the league.

Arsenal and Utd had one job -- Slow down Liverpool while City are out of town winning the club wc.

We both did that dutifully for the blue masters and City will take it from here. Relax.
Probably. But all we can do is keep getting points. Hopefully we will be five points clear tomorrow and as we all know games at hand don’t always work out. I suppose everyone is on the blue bandwagon the rest of the way

Arsenals lack of a proper goalscorer will cost them yet again

Full time. Bournemouth played very well, Spurs clawed that victory out of the pits of hell. No idea how they managed that.

Alex Scott looks a quality player.

Spurs still have a good attack, just their midfield is a shambles defensively and they have no fit CB's.

Every team is so focused on pressing and physicality the actually quality and skill level has dropped massively in the league.

Who has the most energy wins.

Yes, Jesus and Martinelli are not the answer, and Saka does not score that much as well. Arsenal really miss the goals scored from midfield this year.

Seeing the performances of Jesus and Zinchenko over the course of the last 2 Arsenal games, you can't help but appreciate just how good a judge of player Guardiola is. He just gets rid of the deadwood, no messing around keeping them on the books for years on end (ok, Kalvin Phillips an exception!)

Iraola really living up to the reputation he came into Bournemouth with, one to keep an eye on for sure.

I know Bournemouth played some decent football with Howe but they seem to have a little bit more quality now, great to see small clubs playing good attacking football.

Jesus, was only a week or two ago people were saying City may be in a top 4 battle. The table is shaping up very favourably for them now. That Newcastle game for them in the new year is massive. If they win that they’ll be out of sight by March I reckon. Liverpool aren’t as compelling as previous challenges.

United were similar in the 90s. Moving players on the moment they started to decline. Fergie still had that great judge in his later years, like when he wanted to bin Rooney in 2013 as he had clearly lost a yard, but Moyes didn’t have the bottle to go through with it and the club had stopped caring about the football team by then.

This is the worst generation of players since the Premier League began. It's not even just the Prem. If you look at players 28 and under, in all major leagues, I can't remember such an average group. Aston Villa are 2nd on GD after 20 games! Bayer Leverkeusen top the Bundesliga.Girona are 2nd on GD in La Liga. And these teams are full of gems that are going to go down as the next Del Pierro's, Scholes, Davids and Zidane's.

Under soil heating.
You have to wonder if the World Cup last year is having an effect, nobody looks great at the moment. Probably only Villa are outperforming expectations currently.

Didn't they both want to leave rather than him wanting them to go?
I think they'd probably both still be there if they'd been happy staying put.

Jesus, Nketiah, Saka and Martinelli have combined scored something like 16-17 goals - Haaland alone has scored almost as many. Hard to win the league with those numbers

Surprised and disappointed by Arsenal during this winter break. They’ve lost ground in games they should really have won. They seem to be the exact opposite in terms of mentality compared to Klopp’s Liverpool in their best years, and their attack just isn’t producing.

If somehow we let go Evans this summer, I don't mind us getting Dunk filling in that old head quota.

Yes @Pogue Mahone he's among twitters favourite scapegoats.

Liverpool at home in the Premier league this season

W7 D2 L0 F22 A6

Newcastle away this season

W1 D2 L6 F14 A18 (only win was against Sheffield United and that was 8-0)

Andy Cole was playing and scored for Newcastle the last time they beat Liverpool in Anfield.

That's a Newcastle team put out to just kick lumps out of Liverpool. You've got more fighters in there than the heavyweight boxing division.

Pep was way to late shipping out Sterling. He was awful for about two and a half years before Chelsea bought him.
Been surprised that he can still look like a decent player at times this season, considering how consistently terrible he were for us after his fantastic form in 2019
