Not taking off an injured defender at half time while 2-0 up. Great management.

People are wanking over Arsenal, but I think most of the matches between bigger sides and bottom half teams will be playing out the same way this season.

There is just so much cack in the league this year. There's probably about 8 teams that deserve to go down.
We're playing one of those sides on Monday so we should get a good idea of the level we're at

If Martinelli can find some consistency he’ll be a scary player and for a change he won’t go to City. Can’t put into words how much I detest playing on Monday opening match week

Pretty dumb to risk it, first game, easy win and plenty of cover available...

He scored 15 league goals last season. Quite consistent

Newcastle are playing Villa later, Chelsea v. Liverpool tomorrow as is Brentford v. Spurs. We can't invent teams to make the 3pm ko's sexier. Those are the teams that are in the PL.
The first and last games of the season should all be together.

Nice to see Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu start for Luton. Will have played for them at every level from Conference to PL.

They're probably getting stuffed though, of course.

For all of Arsenals domination they haven't really created anything of not, would be interested in seeing the xG of this game.

We were playing too often on Mondays last season as well. Hopefully we progress the CL group stage so we don't get a repeat this time.

Mustn't be taking his United exit very well if he's already bald enough for the Gervinho headband. :(

Maupay and Keane starting. Same old shite! Really hoped Dyche would trust Branthwaite. We really need a few of those forward players over the line...glad that Garner is getting a start though.
