Surely Van de Beek must be better than Fred and Matic combined.... what's happening with that kid?
Barely started training yetWhat's happened to Cavani?
As shown last year in this fixture he'd be a very useful player to put on second half. Instead have Martial plodding around.
Neither has Martial by the looks of it.Barely started training yet
Two of those Champions League appearances were as a sub for 1 minute each. Context is important. He played 19 games, including 6 Champions League games. That's one-third of the season.
Look, I am not giving excuse. Injuries happen, some seasons more, some less. Liverpool would not have challenged last season even with the full team fit and Klopp made significant mistakes. But to say that he shat the bed over one injury is simply wrong, as there is a significant time delay between the supposed cause and the effect.
Not sure anyone will. Everyone was pathetic. Not sure Fred and Matic will be looking back on this half with much fondness.
This is a pretty reasonable view. And I agree with you that hitting 90+ points would be difficult, especially for Liverpool, as their forward line has not been refreshed.Re: liverpool. I think it was burn out as much as injuries. Those players went 3 full years(2018-2020) playing at an impossibly high level, made CL final, 97 points & CL win, PL win with 99 points....with covid hitting at the worst time for them and making them unable to properly celebrate the PL title...
The amount of mental energy that took has to be incredible. It's kind of normal that as soon as things started going badly, it spiraled out of control. Covid again didn't help. Things are going bad at your work and you can't really explain why, and then you go home and there's covid and you're unhappy at home as well because of it, so you fall even further down the spiral, etc...i don't think this is a side that's capable of 90+ points anymore, but i'm not sure city, chelsea or united are either. Covid has flattened and diminished the general level of performance across the board
Matic bowling people over what a sloppy game this is
Not that sort of game mate. Can't watch the Southampton match, how's my boy Livramento dping?
Doing quite alright. Wasn't this kid one of your biggest academy prospects? Can't watch the Southampton match, how's my boy Livramento dping?
I'm not going to explain why my phone autocorrected "doing" into "dping".Not that sort of game mate.
He's doing alright tbf.
He is looking great. Saved a goal, clearing it off the goal line. Has recovered a lot to stop the attack and has been bringing the ball forward. Can't watch the Southampton match, how's my boy Livramento dping?

Well, don't know about dping, but at one point he destroyed FredCan't watch the Southampton match, how's my boy Livramento dping?
He's an attacking midfielder and they have Pogba and BrunoSurely Van de Beek must be better than Fred and Matic combined.... what's happening with that kid?
He was more of a CM/CDM at Ajax and did it well... we don't know what he is at United. He's an attacking midfielder and they have Pogba and Bruno
He always seemed likeable enough to me despite the shit football. Why's he a slithering reptile?12 shots to 1 in favour of Wolves over Spurs
I was devastated when I heard Nuno was being kept in the league. He is a despicable slithering reptile who should never be allowed to manage a football team. Boring nonsense.
